MODERN VILLA, JUST 6 MINUTES DRIVING DISTANCE FROM THE CENTRE OF MORAIRA AND IT’S BEAUTIFUL BEACHES.Solhabitat Infinity Moraira is located just 6 minutes away by car from the centre of Moraira, a charming town with fantastic beaches and a wide range of restaurants and leisure activities.This modern villa with 4 bedrooms and a capacity for 8 people has a large terrace with private swimming pool from where you get a spectacular view of the valley of Moraira with the sea line in the background.It’s distributed on 2 floors but aside from this, it has another additional independent lower floor.On the main floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining room, two bright bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Bedroom # 1 has a double bed and direct access to the pool. Bedroom # 2 has two single beds and nice views of the garden. Both are equipped with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and shared bathroom #1.On the first floor, there is an en suite bedroom # 3 with air conditioning and its own relaxation area on the balcony. It’s a spacious bedroom with a double bed that has an equally large balcony.Independently, there is suite/bedroom #4 that can be accessed descending the stairs next to the pool. It’s a bedroom with a private hall and bathroom. It’s very well decorated and it also has a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. This is the only bedroom that doesn´t offer a view.Outside this incredible house, we can find a glazed covered terrace with a large dining room, an uncovered terrace with a private swimming pool, an outside bathroom#5 with toilet and shower, a barbecue and comfortable loungers to enjoy the sun.The house also has WI-FI and a parking area for 2 cars.IMPORTANTGroups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult.
