Am Byth Saundersfoot, modern six-bed holiday home with views overlooking the bay

If you want proper sea views and an open plan high end holiday home, Am Byth is the place for you.

The house has just had a full renovation and offers beautiful sea views from both the ground and first floor. The house is a genuine 12 person holiday let with a 3 metre kitchen table and very large sofas in the lounge that enjoy gorgeous views over the Saundersfoot bay into Amroth and beyond.

The house benefits from a 60m2 front patio which again enjoys sea views.

There is an en suite master bedroom with a king size bed, two further rooms with king size beds, a twin single bedroom and two bedrooms with bunk beds suitable to sleep four children.
There is a large kitchen diner which has a central island and 4 ovens.
There is a games area with a foosball table and other toys to keep the children amused and a 55 inch TV with Netflix in the lounge. Smart TV’s (all with Netflix) are also provided in all 4 adult bedrooms.
There are 2 additional bathrooms upstairs and a downstairs toilet.
The front patio however has seating for 12 and enjoys a BBQ. Bring your charcoal and enjoy outdoor living in beautiful Pembrokeshire.
The house has an enviable position with a 5 minute walk putting you on the beach and by restaurants and pubs. A car is not necessary for this house.

Ambyth does have off road parking but the drive is quite steep (as you might expect with a house on a hill with lovely sweeping views!) and as a result you, or your handbrake, may prefer to park on the street where there is plenty of space.

Regrettably due to the steep drive this house is not suitable for those with ambulatory problems.

We had a fantastic stay at Am Byth.

We arrived on the Monday and found entering the property as simple as it was outlined when we booked. The house was amazing. All the children loved picking out their bedrooms and enjoyed the TV’s in the rooms. As for the adults, the open plan kitchen and large sitting room were excellent for creating a great atmosphere. Saundersfoot itself is only a 10 minute walk and with all the pubs, walks and I’ve creams available a great stay was enjoyed by all. Thank you once again. We are already planning a return next year.
