Déjà View is a spacious and stylish villa, providing the perfect venue for both entertaining and relaxing.

Multi-level wooden decks surround the inviting, pool area (upgraded in 2021), and the home offers various balconies in addition to a spectacular rooftop lounge. The modern design of the house offers a vast and varied floor plan distributed across 3 levels, which guarantees plenty of areas for guests to retreat should they wish privacy. Air Conditioning is plentiful throughout the house, and the terraces are equipped with electric sun awnings.

Villa Déjà View boasts over 300 m² of space. Up to 10 lucky guests can fit comfortably in the 5 bedrooms. There are two spacious living rooms to enjoy and 3 full bathrooms, one on each level. An alternate configuration is 4 bedrooms and 3 living rooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide bright natural daylight, while the mood is set in the evenings by dim and warm lighting both inside and out.

LOCATION

The home is ideally located in Mas Mel, the best residential area in Calafell - a fantastic seaside setting with a rich history and beautiful, clean beaches. The house is set amongst only a few other properties on an exclusive cul-de-sac providing both privacy and tranquility. There are three gated parking spots as well as ample street parking available. Villa Déjà View is a quick 15-minute walk to the beach, and close to a wide range of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and a cinema.

Calafell Beach is an incredibly wide stretch of beautiful golden sand that stretches for more than five kilometers. It has been awarded the prestigious European Blue Flag for cleanliness. The sea in Calafell is perfect for families as it boasts warm, calm, and shallow waters. There are plentiful beach bars directly on the sand in addition to the availability of deckchairs, sunbeds, and a full range of water sports.

Casa muy confortable en urbanización tranquila

La equipación de la casa y el gran confort Algún electrodoméstico no funcionaba como la cafetera y la tostadora. La baranda de la terraza es un poco peligrosa para niños pequeños. La barbacoa es muy vieja. Hay que ir con mucho cuidado para que no se llene la casa de hormigas.

Nous avons apprécié la taille de la villa, l’équipement et le quartier, par contre nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir de climatisation dans les chambres (sauf chambre parentale), d'avoir un frigidaire qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement (pas de possibilité de faire des glaçons). Les matelas et sommiers de tous les lits sont à revoir ainsi que les lattes de bois autour de la piscine. Mais le plus agaçant étaient les 4 chiens de la maison mitoyenne qui aboient dès 5H du matin et toute la journée !! Difficile de correspondre avec l'agence qui ne parle pas Français.
