Fantastic 1 bedroom apartment on the 12th floor in the hugely popular community Ronda 3 in Los Boliches, on the beachfront in Fuengirola. With panoramic sea and mountain views, sun all afternoon until sunset and access to swimming pool.

The apartment has a spacious lounge with double sofa-bed, flat wall mounted TV-screen and dining table to seat 4. The amazing terrace with panoramic sea views is facing south/southwest and provides afternoon and evening sun. There are awnings to give shade if necessary.

Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils, including oven and large fridge/freezer. Bedroom with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and safe in the cupboard. Nice full bath and shower room with new top loading washing machine.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, cable-TV with channels in many languages, including English and ceiling fans throughout. We provide all bed linen and towels.

The community has a nice swimming pool and gardens. The community is suitable for disabled and limited mobility access, with ramps and lifts. Shared parking, however there are not always places available for everyone in summer time.


The apartment is located on the promenade of Los Boliches, Fuengirola, where you can enjoy walks and bike rides all year around. There is a multitude of great restaurants, bars, shops and mini-markets just outside the door. The beach is very popular and only a stone's throw away. The nearest train station is Los Boliches, only a short walk away, with a direct access to the airport and Malaga center. There is no need for a car to stay in this lovely apartment perfect for couples or small families.

Low winter monthly rates are available if your stay will be 4 weeks or more from November to March.

Fantastic Stay.
We like everything about this apartment and are looking at booking for next year. The only negative which isn't your fault was the vagrants sleeping next to the doorways to enter the building/apartments and pestering us for cash late at night on our return. Other people also had to endure the same experience. Other than this problem Sol Rentals do a fantastic job.

La llegada fue una decepción;ya habíamos estado alojados en otro apartamento del edificio y quisimos repetir por la excelente ubicación y servicios cercanos. Sin embargo nada más entrar vemos los paneles de las mosquiteras rotos detrás del sofá,uno de los toldos de la terraza roto e inservible en su función, y faltaban vajilla y vasos necesarios para las cuatro persona que se iban a alojar. El anuncio reseña a que contaba con aire acondicionado pero no especificaba que únicamente había en el dormitorio y por otro lado el ventilador de techo daba miedo encenderlo por el peligroso vaivén ( con lo que la tarde podía ser insoportable dado que efectivamente le da el sol de pleno) Puestos en comunicación con la agencia pusieron los medios necesarios para compensar las deficiencias y se mantuvieron absolutamente disponibles para nosotros. Sin embargo considero que debe realizarse un chequeo previo de los apartamentos que se ofertan y en su caso si es necesario no permitir que el particular en cuestión los oferte si no cumplen los estándares, máxime cuando el precio que se establece es en función de las condiciones y servicios que se anuncian. Reitero el buen hacer de Roz,nuestra interlocutora con la agencia y su disponibilidad para solventar la situación.
