In the city center of Epernay, discover our charming residence located close to the largest champagne house (Moët & Chandon, Perrier Jouet, Demoiselle, etc) and close to the famous Avenue de Champagne (50m). Fully renovated, with four living rooms with open views over the park of the town hall with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a large room that includes the dining room and living room with sofa bed for two additional people.
In the heart of the city center it will be easy to move, no need to use the car.
Parking near the house.
Visit the cellars of the Champagne House Mercier (900m from the house) being in the cellars.
Cinema, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket and shopping area around the house between 10m to 500m away.

Gebuchte Unterkunft nicht erhalten

Wir hatten diese Unterkunft gebucht, da wir unbedingt eine Terrasse/Balkon haben wollten. Beim Check-In sagte die Vermieterin uns dann, dass Sie das Appartement mit der Terrasse versehentlich doppelt vermietet hat und wir ein anderes Apartment bekommen. Das Apartment was wir erhalten haben, hatte keine Terrasse. Dies war für uns eine große Enttäuschung, da wir lediglich wegen der Terrasse gebucht hatten und andere Wohnungen ohne einen Balkon oder Terrasse deutlich günstiger gewesen wären. Dass die Vermieterin uns nicht vorher Bescheid gegeben hat, damit wir gegebenenfalls noch stornieren und eine andere Wohnung suchen können, finde ich unprofessionell und alles andere als kundenorientiert. Auf eine Anfrage über den Kundenservice zwecks einer Teilerstattung wurde bislang nicht reagiert. Die Wohnung die wir bekommen haben war gut und sauber, jedoch nicht das was wir wollten und gebucht haben.

Comfortable and Convenient

Very convenient for Avenue de Champagne and Town centre. Apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Stairs could be a problem if your have even minor walking difficulties. A little noisy, but that's a small price to pay for the super convenient location. We had a great weekend!

Excellent apartment with a great location for Epernay

A great stay in Epernay and this apartment is right in the heart of the city. Conveniently located is an understatement. It’s a really clean and comfortable apartment with two bedrooms, plus a stunning roof terrace which is surprisingly spacious. The kitchen area is modern and well equipped. There is parking right outside the apartment where we always found a space (there is lots of other parking very close by too). The parking rates are extremely reasonable for a city centre location, and only during the working day/until 7pm. Couldn’t be better located and a really enjoyable stay.

Clean and close to all important amenities in Epernay

We (4 People - Parents and two adult sons) had a wonderful experience staying at the apartment. It worked out very well for us. We can recommend it.

Fab location & facilities but not very clean

This apartment is in a brilliant location just off the Avenue De Champagne so it's ideal for tastings and exploring the central area. The facilities were great for us (couple with a one year old) and there was a cot, high chair and plenty more things to make our stay comfortable. However - and this is a big 'but'- it was very obvious that the bed linen in both bedrooms had NOT been changed since the previous guests and that the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned. Such a shame as this really left a bitter taste on an otherwise good stay. Would not return to this place as a result.

Hello Ursula, I would like to say I'm absolutely shocked by this review and quite disappointed/disgusted. I wanna point on the fact that we've been hosting in our gites for many years ad also that when we have guests even for JUST 1 night we change the linen and clean the apartment from top to bottom (even when people leave it clean, we still clean on top of it to make sure there is no dust left behind) to let new guests come in a clean and comfortable environment to enjoy and leave with a smile. Such a shame that you weren't honest with us by not notifying such things to us right away, if it was true that the linen hadn't been changed before your arrival? (but since it wasn't, you didn't tell me about it, pitiful). When you left the apartment you told us that you enjoyed your stay here and was happy with it and "everything was fine". Once we entered the place we saw the mess you left such as: footsteps IN the shower (who enters a shower with his shoes, seriously?) food crumb everywhere around the apartment, orange juice on the floor, coffee ON the WALLS, and the overflowing trash bin that you didn't even bother taking out on your way leaving the apartment We gave it to you perfectly clean and you gave it back to us in a terrible state.
