Beautiful house with views and private pool

Nice house located on the Costa Brava in the heart of the Baix Empordà, 3 km from the beach and the town of Estartit. It is located in a very quiet environment within a closed estate with 4000m2 land with parking, POOL and private garden. Terrace overlooking the sea, the Medes Islands and the Bay of Pals. Also seen in the Montgrí hammer.
The house has everything you need with bed linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Also hair dryer, washing machine ect .... Parking and free WIFI.
Ideal space for families with children since the farm is completely enclosed with large private garden.

Merveilleux séjour!

Location exceptionnelle. Lorenzo est d'une grande gentillesse, très serviable et très accueillant. Tout est parfait, aussi bien la maison que le jardin et la piscine. La maison est très bien équipée et très confortable, on s'y sent très bien. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain ! Merci beaucoup et pour tout, Lorenzo! Au revoir.

Super Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön, alles wie beschrieben. Wir haben besonders den eigenen Pool, die tolle Aussicht und die Ruhe genossen. Anna und Lorenzo haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren auch für Fragen erreichbar. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto am Strand, ein Supermarkt ist nur 2 min entfernt. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.

Great place to stay

We stayed 2 weeks in the vacation house and we enjoyed it very much. The location is very quiete, surrounded by nature. But still very close to a lot of touristic activities. The sight from the terrace of the house is superb. The house and garden are very spacious and everything is available to enjoy a great holiday: nice swimming pool, barbecue, well equiped kitchen,... The owners are very friendly and helpfull. We hope to return !

Formidable

Nous avons passé 5 jours formidables dans cette maison située à 5 minutes de L'estartit. La maison est spacieuse, les salles de bain entièrement rénovées (il y en a deux). Piscine et coin détente en face de la piscine pour des apéritifs le soir ou pour déjeuner. Le coin repas est très ombragé et dispose d'une cuisine d'été (barbecue) La vue et le jardin sont superbes. Les propriétaires charmants. Nous reviendrons. N.B : il manque des poubelles dans les salles de bain

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Tout commence par le très bon accueil et la sympathie de Lorenzo et Anne : merci à eux. La maison est parfaite, le jardin est immense, la table de ping pong et la trampoline ont bien occupé nos enfants. La décoration de la maison est faite avec goût, nous avons adoré ! Nous reviendrons sans doute avec plaisir.

Tolle Unterkunft

Tolles Haus mit einem super Grundstück. Gut eingerichgtet und ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Das zweite, sehr schöne Bad, ist auf den Bildern gar nicht zu sehen. Anna und Lorenzo sind klasse. Gut erreichbar, super nett und wenn man eine Frage hat sind sie sofort da. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt. Danke für den schönen Urlaub

Nous avons passé 5 jours chez Lorenzo début juillet et toute la famille est unanime : nous reviendrons ! La maison est grande et bien agencée, bien équipée et bien située à 3 minutes des plages et de la jolie ville de L'Estartit. Le grand terrain clos nous a permis de laisser gambader nos enfants à leur guise et de profiter de la table de ping pong, du trampoline, des appareils de fitness cardio et des grands espaces verts privatifs. En bonus juste à la sortie du chemin d'accès de la maison un terrain de jeux avec toboggan et balançoire bien ombragé. Nous avons passé le plus clair de notre temps sur la terrasse extrêmement agréable, de la quelle nous apercevions la mer et les monts de L'Estartit. La mer est très proche nous pouvions même apercevoir les ailes de kitesurf en buvant notre café tranquillement à l'ombre de la terrasse... La literie est très confortable, les salles de bain vraiment jolie et très propres. La maison est décorée avec goût, lampes, tableaux... Nous avons apprécié le grand calme de l'environnement, nous n'entendons que les grillons, pas de voitures, les voisins sont loin, pas de vis à vis, juste les champs et la mer... Lorenzo est très réactif et très très sympathique, toujours le sourire, il parle un peu le français on se comprend facilement. Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour, rien à redire, tout était parfait, nous y retournerons certainement car il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à visiter dans ce joli endroit.
