This modern 2 bedroom apartment is well-equipped for short breaks or long term stays.
Situated down a quiet street in a secure modern building, the apartment is next to York District Hospital, 3 minutes walk to York St. John's University and 10 minutes walk to the city centre.
We support responsible travel within the current restrictions and therefore my property is available for booking where the purpose of your stay falls within the current guidelines set out by the local Government.
The property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer remote access with easy self check-in and 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, which is perfect for socialising or family dinners. The living area has 2 comfortable sofas, TV with free Netflix and a dining table for up to 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home - including an oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, and small appliances such as kettle, microwave and toaster.
The master bedroom includes a king bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and en- suite shower room. The second bedroom has 2 comfy single beds and is facilitated with a second bathroom which includes a shower over the bath.
Guests will have the entire property to themselves.
Other things to note
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
TRAVEL COT
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, and subject to availability. Please ensure you message before hand so that I can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. (I am afraid highchair requests cannot be met).
PARKING
Free street parking available a short walk away. The nearest 24/7 car park just a few mins walk, it is secured 24/7 parking and council run. Charge for the day is around £13 including overnight.
When booking with us your stay will be protected by a Deposit Guarantee, Guest Guarantee and public liability provided by our risk management partner, SUPERHOG. To benefit from this protection you will be contacted by SUPERH0G directly to verify yourself. Once your booking is confirmed, you can also go via their website, superhog.com, to start the verification.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
