It has an amazing sea view; it's located right across the street from a beautiful beach with incredible turquoise water as far as the eye can see!

Ideal for couples, families and companies of friends, this elevated ground floor apartment occupies 85 square meters. It features two bedrooms, both with top quality mattresses -one at the front and one smaller at the back-, a well organised kitchen, a washing machine, free internet access (ethernet and WiFi) and a smart HD TV with access to satellite and online content (Netflix, Amazon Prime).

The apartment is situated in a lively neighborhood. The organized -blue flagged- beach of Ammoudi is just footsteps away. Crystal clear shallow water, relaxing atmosphere and a choice of water sports make it enjoyable for all ages.

Close by, the visitor can find a supermarket, shops, restaurants, cafes and a beach bar.

Everything we needed!

Everything was excellent. Manolis kindly greeted us on our arrival and told us a few helpful tips about the surroundings. There were essential items provided in the apartment, like beach towels, soaps and food for our breakfast (because we had arrived after the shops had shut). The location was perfect for lounging on the beach, visiting the lovely shops and restaurants of Agios Nikolaos and for visiting nearby attractions. Thank you Manolis and Maria!

Great Host

Manolis was a very hospitable host. He was there to meet us when we arrived and explained the property and sites to see in the area. He even had everything we needed for breakfast the next morning! The accommodations were extremely neat and clean and nicely designed. There was everything you needed for your stay. It's only about a ten minute walk along the boardwalk to all the bars restaurants and shops in the main center of town. The only small issue was that the street outside can be noisy at times, but this was never an issue when you needed to sleep.

Beach view

The apartment is wonderful and exactly as seen in the photos. It's well equipped with all the amenities you need for cooking, laundry, etc. Spotless and well organized. Manolis is kind and attentive to what guests need. He met us just as we arrived and then took the time to thoroughly explain the apartment, as well interesting areas to visit in Agios Nikolaos. He gave excellent suggestions for local restaurants, which did not disappoint, and marked out a map for us with areas to explore this part of the island. He also provided food for breakfast and some raki to enjoy. We loved the location as it's easy to walk to the center of town for shopping and restaurants. The grocery store is minutes away. As we were there in March, we didn't stay out on the balcony much or hang out on the beach, which is across the street. We can only imagine how wonderful the apartment is in the summer! We highly recommend it and would happily stay here again. Thank-you, Manolis!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage !

Die Wohnung von Manolis ist wunderschön eingerichtet und hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts . Die Lage ist sehr zentral , direkt gegenüber liegt eine kleine schöne Bucht und man kommt fussläufig in die Stadt mit vielen schönen Tavernen. Absolute Ruhe sollte man natürlich aufgrund der Lage nicht erwarten, aber man hat dadurch alles vor der Haustüre und braucht eigentlich gar kein Auto.Manolis ist zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns eine Menge Tipps gegeben. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Apartment ist hervorragend ausgestattet, entspricht den vorhandenen Fotos. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer, 2 Minuten bis zum Strand, tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man ist schnell am Lake in Agios Nokolaos. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience

Wonderful, modern and stylish apartment in beautiful Agios Nicolaos. Our host Manolis provided very valuable advice for our stay. His restaurant recommendations were perfect. The apartment overlooks Ammoundi beach. From your doorstep it's 50 m into the water. Everything just marvelous!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und toll eingerichtet.

Der Vermieter Manolis ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gibt keine Kritik wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Vermietung war problemlos. Dank an Manolis und 'yassu!' Kreta ist sowieso eine Reise wert.
