This duplex apartment has been stylishly furnished by local interior designers and boasts three attractive bedrooms, a 2'6" bunk bedded room on the first floor with separate family shower room and a further twin and master kingsize room with ensuite bathroom occupy the second floor. Large sliding doors in the master bedroom and the open plan living/dining area open out onto a glass fronted balcony with lovely views over the village and Woolacombe Beach. Ideally located with the shops, pubs and beach within a short stroll and the south west coast path is just on the doorstep.

Great Location
The property was clean and well equipped. It has great views from the balcony. The allocated car parking space is as close as it is possible to get, with just 2 steps from the car park to the rear of the property. The master bedroom is fantastic wi, again with amazing views. The other 2 bedrooms are a little small but adequate. If anyone in your party has a wheelchair, then Woolacombe is not the easiest place to get around, but this is nothing to do with the property.
