It has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and includes a large master suite with an Emperor bed, walk in wardrobe and bathroom with freestanding bathtub and separate rain shower.
Bedroom 2 has a superking bed and ensuite with bathtub and a shower.
Bedroom 3 has a superking bed.
Bedroom 4 has two single beds and bedroom 5 has bunkbeds made up of 2 single beds.
Downstairs the house has a large open plan kitchen, dinning and seating area. The kitchen has a central island with bar seating and the appliances include an oven, a microwave/oven, built in coffee machine, dishwasher, boiling water tap, sink, waste disposal, gas hob and fridge freezer. There is a separate walk in larder. The dinning table seats at least 10 people and there is a large sofa area around the log burner and tv.
There is also a large utility room, with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and sink, drying racks and storage and a snug with a games console tv, table football and lots of boardgames.
The house sits in its own grounds with plenty of outdoor space for lounging and dinning. There is a sunken patio area and bbq.
The house is on the edge of the historic village of Mortehoe with two pubs, a bistro, tea rooms and a fish and chip shop. The beautiful sandy beach of Woolacombe is nearby for surfing, SUP'ing, swimming, walking and picnicking. There are many other local beaches to visit, with Sri Lankan curries on Barricane beach, rock pooling at Lee Bay and Putsborough, Croyde and Saunton Sands are all a short drive from the house. Other local activities include coasteering, kayaking, horse riding, golf at either Ilfracombe Golf club or the links Saunton Golf Club and boat trips along the coast, to Lundy Island or sea fishing.
