Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please do not leave any items in the dishwasher
Please leave both sets of house keys on the dining room table
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are asked to remove footwear before walking on carpets, as these have recently been replaced
All damages, and additional laundry costs will be charged for, by retaining some of the damage deposit. No loud music please.
We ask that renters clear up after their pets and that they leave the BBQ and patio area as they would wish to find it

I'm a retired mum with two grown up sons, I mostly live in London [in between travelling]. I love hosting, creating a 'home from home' for my guests.

Why they chose this property

My family and I have taken holidays in Devon and Cornwall for many years.
We love the great beaches, scenery, surfing and friendly people, so North Devon was the perfect choice for our dream seaside home.

The towns amenities and facilities are all within a short walking distance (5 -15 minutes) of Primrose House. This includes several supermarkets, theatre, cinema, indoor swimming pool, a range of pubs and award winning restaurants .

There are a wide selection of tea shops and enjoying freshly cooked fish and chips whilst watching the boats at the harbour is a must.

There are numerous fantastic beaches within a 10 minute drive of Primrose House, including the award winning Woolacombe Beach

If you are planning to stay in Ilfracombe, I recommend booking restaurants before your stay, as restaurants do get busy especially during the busier times of the year.

Primrose House has lots of original features, including marble fireplaces and tiled floors.

Lovely views over National Trust Torrs.

Perfect location to park your car and just a short walk into town.
