Preis/ Leistung spitze, perfekte Lage

Unterkunft ist leicht zu finden. Grosser Parkplatz am Grundstück. Liegt in ruhiger wohngegend. Cuvi Beach zu Fuss in 10minuten erreichbar. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich, hat auch relativ gut Deutsch gesprochen. Für September ( mitte) super Preis. Das Studio war gut uns einfach eingerichtet. Genug Platz für 3 Personen.Die Korrespondenz über die Agentur hat reibungslos funktioniert.

L'appartamento è carino, pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario; gradevole lo spazio esterno per fare colazione o cenare. Posizione vicina alle più belle spiagge di rovigno e non troppo distante dal centro che si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi. La signora Anna è disponibile e gentile...che dire, tutto perfetto

Foarte placut!

Am stat 6 nopti in studioul 2. Totul a fost foarte bine, distanta fata de plaja Cuvi a fost de 10 minute pe jos, iar fata de orasul vechi de 20 minute (aproximativ 2000 de pasi) exact cum ne-a zis si gazda. Un studio spatios, racoros, cu parcare in curte la umbra si o zona la umbra unde se putea lua masa, pentru fiecare studio fiind cate o zona astfel amenajata, individuala. Chiar a fost minunat, liniste si relaxant. Bucataria are aparat de cafea, fierbator, plita electrica, frigider, cuptor cu microunde, sandwich maker si toate ustensilele de care ar fi nevoie pentru a gati. Gazdele nu prea vorbesc foarte bine engleza, dar au fost primitoare si isi faceau simtita prezenta doar daca aveam nevoie de ceva. Iar motanul Ringo al gazdelor ne-a completat minunat sejurul (fiind mari iubitori de animale) 😁Recomand cu mare drag fiind un pret avantajos raport-calitate!

Отличные апартаменты недалеко от моря и старого города

До моря, пляжа и старого города Ровинь идти пешком 10-2- минут. Очень удобно авто-путешественникам - парковка во дворе дома. В 500 м супермаркет. На кухне есть все необходимое!

Schöne Erdgeschoßwohnung. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man brauch. Geräumige Küche mit neueren Geräten. 15 Minuten an die Promenade der Innenstadt. keine 5 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt. Strandnah (Cuvi Beach) Nette Gastgeberin. Handtücher wurden bei einem einwöchigen Aufenthalt auch gewechselt bzw. wurden vor die Türe verpackt gelegt.

Signora molto gentile. Appartamenti belli, ottimi come descritti. Ha un eccellente punto, vicino in spiaggia(5minuti a piedi) senza muovere la macchina che rimane parcheggiata dentro in proprietà E 20 minuti a piedi caminando per tutto il lungo mare. Sperienza meravigliosa senz'altro ritorneremo. Grazie appartaments Lara. Il gatto Ringo è un amore Tutto bene
