Fantastisch huis en zeer lieve huisbaas. Jammer dat het aan een lawaaierige baan lag.

Super mooi en modern huis met alles erop en eraan. Alles zeer netjes! De huisbaas woont ernaast en staat altijd klaar bij vragen. Het prachtige Rovinj ligt op wandelafstand.

Extraordinary journey!

Kommunikation nur außerhalb Airbnb. Der Opa vom Gastgeber schwimmt morgens im Pool. Er putzt morgens laut ab 6:30. Man wird durch ein kleines Fenster beobachtet, wenn man auf der Terasse chillt. Beim Versuch den Gasgrill anzumachen, wurden wir vom Senior als „stupid Generation“ beleidigt. Es gab auch Ärger, weil die Liegestühle verschoben waren :-) Von unserer Seite gab es keine Beleidigungen oder Böse Wörter. Echt schade, wie man beleidigt und diskriminiertes Verhalten entgegen gebracht wird. Wifi ist nicht nutzbar. Man fliegt ständig raus. Keine TV apps / Smart TV. Klima geht nicht automatisch aus. Jedes Mal wenn die Terassentüre offen steht, muss man die Klima ausmachen. (Wurde uns in einem lautem Ton mitgeteilt) Die Stadt ist toll. Die Unterkunft war teuer, der Gastgeber hat gut verdient, jedoch hat er sich eine negative Bewertung hochverdient. Ich kann niemand einen Aufenthalt hier empfehlen.

Skønt hus i Rovinj

Det var et meget fint hus, hvor der ikke var noget at komme efter. Det hele fungerede upåklageligt. Da køleskabet ikke ville køle ordentligt, kom værten med en ny næste dag. Vi vil meget gerne komme tilbage en anden gang.

holiday with family

A wonderful modern villa, bright, light and airy with all facilities for a very comfortable stay. The villa is mid way between the old town and beach, approx a 15 minute walk to each. Several smaller supermarkets are also within walking distance. Karlo is so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Towels are changed every few days and bed linen once a week. The garden has a great pool, sunloungers and a BBQ, all helping to make a day at the villa fun and restful. We would definatley be back to stay. Rovinj is a gorgeous town, with wonderful places to eat, shop and watch the world go by. The local beach: Porton Biondi is very clean, great beach bar and friendly campsite opposite for lunches. Thank you Karlo for making our holiday perfect.

wonderful house

We had a great stay in beautiful Rovinj in this beautiful house. The space is vast, the house is clean, well looked after with good airconditioning. A big terrazze with good privacy and a pool is the icing on the cake. I do recomend this to families looking for privacy and comfort in this beautiful town.

Amazing villa, lovely pool

The villa was excellent, we had a lovely week in Rovinj. It is exactly as it looks in the photos and only a short walk to the old town. It was very clean, spacious and modern, we had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were very comfy! The proximity to the road wasn't a problem at all, it wasn't very busy and this was during August. The pool is lovely and well maintained by Paulo the owner who lives next door. Both him and his wife were very helpful and nothing was a problem including lending us umbrellas during a storm and booking us a taxi to Pula. Plenty of space to park a car directly outside the door; small supermarket very close by, it had a reasonable selection of things if you didn't want to go to one of the larger supermarkets close by (but would need a car to do so). Overall highly recommended and we would most definitely return if in Rovinj again. Nothing at all!

Igazán kellemes és kényelmes különálló ház. Minden fürdő, konyha és szoba tiszta, rendezett és felszerelt. A medence és a kert kényelmes, tiszta. A személyzet udvarias, minden nap kaptunk tiszta törülközőket.
