This pleasant property is built in the uptown of Caniço, where good sun exposure and sea views offer good moments of relaxation and well-being.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The interior space is decorated in a simple and practical way, with a spacious living room, equipped with a sofa bed, which can accommodate two more people, giving a maximum capacity of six people to this property.

Next to the living room you have a generous balcony with sea view, where you can relax or enjoy your meals, with all the peace.

The kitchen is fully equipped so you can have prepare all meals.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Tranquility is the word that best defines the surroundings of our apartment.

From here you can go to any point of the island, due to the proximity of the access of the higheay, which allows you to move to several points of interest around the island. Near the apartment has a restaurant. A five minutes drive away is the city center of Caniço, where you have access to pharmacies, bars, restaurants, supermarket and a midsize shopping center.

If you want to find other types of places or activities, the city of Funchal is 20 minutes away by car.

GETTING AROUND
We recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

We are always at your disposal to help or to answer your questions. You can contact us via our mobile numbers or by email. We will do our best to meet your requests.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS

● According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).

● Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.

● All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

● Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.
