Apartment One is perfect for families, ground flour, free wi-fi, kitchen/lounge area, Satellite TV Channels, Room Safe, Air Conditioning and seating area on own veranda with table and chairs with perfect view of the sea and the pool. 2 bedrooms, queen size double bed, two single beds. Baby cot and baby chair by request. Linen and towels included.
You can spend a lovely relaxing family holiday in one of the most beautiful part of Sardinia.

We've been at roccarosa the third time now, it's a quiet juwel with a great view and a fantastic pool. Salvatore and Maria Teresa are great hosts. The apartment is cosy and has a big veranda. We'll come back!!

Nice residence on the slopes on Lu Fraili's hills.

Nice residence, made of only 7 apartments, perfect solution to be independent, in a small community and still enjoy the amenities of a village, such as a swimming pool and the spa. The owner is often around to help with any issues that may happen and to keep the order and tranquility of the residence and garden area. A few problems about TV set channels and hot water were solved quickly; the apartments are small and with basic furniture, however functional for a vacation stay. Definitely suggested. A few improvements would have allowed me to rank the fifth star: a dishwasher and an easier parking, unfortunately the space available for cars and the road to get there are small and parking becomes tricky when all apartments are busy; having a small car helps. In the evening, after sunset, get to the veranda overlooking the San Teodoro's pond and seaside and enjoy the view sipping a refreshing drink, relaxing from a long day and away from the mess of the crowded turistic towns. Enjoy!

Lage gut, Ausstattung der Wohnung unbefriedigend

Wir waren nur mäßig zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Anlage „ Rocca Rosa“. Der Außenbereich ist schön gestaltet. Der Blick auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung allerdings lässt für diesen Preis zu wünschen übrig. Das am meisten zu Kritisierende sind die Matratzen. Sie sind so hart, dass am Morgen der Rücken schmerzt. Man hat das Gefühl unmittelbar auf einzelnen Stahlfedern zu liegen. Unverständlich ist, dass es keine Matratzenauflage gibt. Probleme bezüglich defekter Waschmaschine und defekten Duschkopf wurden zum Glück sofort erledigt. Unerfreulich war, dass die Bettwäsche nicht sauber war. Aber auch hier hat der Vermieter gleich reagiert und neue aufgezogen. Ungewöhnlich für uns ist auch, dass kein Fön vorhanden ist. Wir hatten das Glück für uns alleine die Anlage zu nutzen. Ansonsten kann es eng werden bei den Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir würden hier auf keinen Fall nochmals eine Ferienwohnung mieten. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Fantastic property with scenic views of the beautiful coast.

Highly recommend Residence Roccarosa such a peaceful location, stunning garden and pool area with seating and hot tub/jacuzzi. Apartment One was little basic in kitchen/lounge area (hob and microwave but no oven) no English TV Channels but your on holiday so who needs TV and eating in! Room Safe Air Con and lovely seating area on own veranda with table and chairs with perfect view of the pool. Overall a lovely relaxing family holiday would definitely stay there again. Salvatore and Maria Teresa are very lucky to live in such a stunning place. Thank you
