There is also a SPA, a large private pool and outdoor shower with a beautiful panoramic view of San Teodoro Gulf and La Cinta beach.

Traumhaft schön
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in San Teodoro erlebt. Die Unterkunft war ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Außenanlage mit Pool, Jacuzzi, einer herrlichen Aussicht, Grill, schönen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten ist ein Traum. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber Salvatore und Maria-Teresa waren freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer ansprechbar. Wir können die Ferienanlage wärmstens empfehlen. Man muss vielleicht erwähnen dass sie etwas abseits liegt, was wir persönlich aber nicht als störend empfunden haben. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Auto sollte man aber dabei haben.

Escape to Sardinia
We had a great time here in a nice apartment with a nice pool and beautiful garden. We enjoyed especially relaxing by the pool. At night there were mosquitoes about and we missed have a lounge in our apartment as we had to sit outside and fight off the mosquitoes.

Les plages les plus proches sont à 15 minutes en voiture
Le mini supermarché avec son épicerie sont à moins de 3 minutes , parfait pour avoir du pain frais chaque matin 😄
Les propriétaires Salvatore et Maria Teresa sont au petits soins

Wonderful holidays at Residence Roccarosa
We spent our holidays at the Residence Roccarosa in July 2018, . After long searching we stopped at the Residence Roccarosa: cleanness, swimming pool, seaview, terrace and and not farway from Olbia's airport. And we were not disapointed! The residence is really very well-maintained, equipped with all necesseties in the apartments. The swimming pool is clean and the temperature of water is perfect. You can relax in the whirpool enjoying the great seaview! The owners of the Residence Roccarosa Salvatore and Maria Teresa are very pleasant and hospitable people. The Residence is situated in 10 minutes by car from San Teodoro where you can find all restaurants and local fresh fish. It takes about 8-20 min.drive to get to all the beaches. We were very happy with our staying at the Residence Roccarosa. Best wishes to Salvatore and Maria Teresa!
