Rural holiday home with a private pool near Conil de la Frontera. Just six minutes drive away from the coves and beaches of Roche, including the well-known Cala del Aceite.

The property consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, one bathroom, and a large lounge-diner. The kitchen has brand new electrodomestics, electric hob, and thermal electricity from solar panels.

WiFi and cable TV are fitted.



The house, of recent construction in a rural style, is fully equipped with all utensils and items necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including modern, simple and bright furniture.

Also includes private parking, private swimming pool with sun loungers, barbecue area and exterior furniture.



LOCATION



The property is located on the outskirts of Conil, opposite Chinarejo pine forest and just seven minutes drive from the town of Conil de la Frontera.



The beaches and coves of Roche and the Cala del Aceite are six minutes´ drive away.
