In the best location, right next to the 5 star Parador Hotel Atlántico, Parque Genovés and 100 metres from the emblematic Blue Flag beach of La Caleta.



Quiet, very bright and surrounded by the sea, but still in the old town with all the life of the city.

Wonderful views over La Caleta. Very spacious and comfortable apartment which has benefited immensely from its recent renovations. There could be a better range of equipment in the kitchen, and more comfortable seating on the terrace, but nothing else to complain about.

Great appartment with magnificent views. Have stayed there three times already and probably will come again. Bit more attention to detail, like towels and extra' s in the kitchen. I would like to have the appartment cleaned once a week. Beach chairs. Some chairs and small side table on the balcony.

Es amplio y cómodo. Lo mejor sus vistas. Algunos detalles, como sillas y mesita auxiliar en la terraza, para disfrutar de la puesta de sol, el cuidado y limpieza del sofá, y algunos detalles también en la cocina. El mantel por ejemplo estaba guardado sucio, y no lo pudimos utilizar.

Hemos estado muy cómodos, un parking cercano, la playa a un paso y todo lo que necesitamos cerca (supermercados, restaurantes, parques...) Las vistas desde el apartamento espectaculares, se ve el sol salir sobre Cádiz y ponerse sobre la caleta, genial. El piso es amplio y está bien equipado. La cama de un dormitorio no tenía cabecero

Bonito apartamento en planta 11ª con una vista privilegiada, localizacion excelente, mobiliario moderno y funcional. Camas comodas. Por el precio porian tener algun detalle como dejar papel higienico de más o alguna pastilla de lavavajillas. Los dos baños para 7 personas se quedaban un poco escasos.

La ubicación es espectacular, la luz, los atardeceres, el trato de la gente de CADIZ4rentals, y la gente de Cádiz, un buen alojamiento muy cuidado y a 50 metros de La Caleta, que más se puede pedir???? Poco la verdad, pero por decir algo nos fallo una bombilla del salón, pero vamos, casi que no hacia falta ni encender las luces.

El piso es impresionante por su ubicación y tamaño. Piso recién reformado. Las camas muy comodas y bien dotado en general. Se disfruta un montón de las vistas y de la cercanía a la Caleta. La atencion de la agencia muy bien. Se podría completar la equipación de la cocina con algún elemento más, aunque de vajilla está muy completo.

Primer apartamento reservado se encontraba en muy malas condiciones. El segundo que me dieron mejor.

En general bien, pero hay que mejora aspectos como los soportes de las duchas de los baños, atomizador para el grifo de la cocina para que no salpique, microondas y horno no se sabe cómo funcionan y otros aspectos menores que se deben mejorar.

Le top pour avoir "les pieds dans l'eau" en centre historique

Au 11e étage du seul haut bâtiment du centre historique, l'appartement fait face à la mer et à la plage de la Caleta. Situation idéale également pour visiter le centre historique à pied sans prendre la voiture. Même si l’immeuble et les installations sont un peu datées le propriétaire fait des travaux de rénovation chaque année ce qui promet un bel appartement moderne d'ici quelques temps. Mais déjà, en l'état c'est un super pied à terre.
