Absolutely wonderful property and host

Stephanie was very prompt and courteous in all communications, and the home is an excellent location and very well kept. Easy walk to the beach, easy walk to town, very quite village and all the amenities you would want. NOTE, you need to bring or arrange for linens (bedding and towels); it is not included. You can easily rent very clean, high quality bedding from the wonderful laundry service in Le Bourg. This was the only surprise for us, but easily arranged. All in all a fantastic experience and stay.

Jolie maison spacieuse et bien située

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cette jolie maison et nous sommes senti chez nous tout de suite. Cette maison est trÚs bien agencée avec sa grande piÚce de vie et ses chambres sur 2 étages. La cour privée nous a permis de manger dehors en toute tranquillité. Nous avons loué des vélos, nécessaire pour se déplacer sur l'ßle car les distances (bourg, port et autres endroit à visiter) sont trop longues à pied, lorsqu'on y reste que quelques jours. Merci aussi Stéphanie pour votre réactivité à mes messages. J'ai sûrement mal compriis pour la Wifi mais l'annonce m'a fait penser qu'il y en avait. Mon fils a rendu ses devoirs avec un peu de retard, tampis :) Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour. A bientÎt Nelly

Maison bien située mais insuffisamment entretenue

La maison est globalement agrĂ©able, et bien situĂ©e dans le hameau du MenĂ©. Cependant, pour une location de ce prix, les prestations ne sont pas Ă  la hauteur. La procĂ©dure d'accueil est rĂ©duite au minimum (un code pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clefs dans un boitier). La literie a connu des jours meilleurs, la plomberie n'est pas entretenue, il faut rĂ©activer le chauffe-eau quotidiennement, et nous sommes arrivĂ©s dans un contexte oĂč une des deux baignoires Ă©tait crevĂ©e et non utilisable. Par ailleurs, les locataires prĂ©cĂ©dents n'avaient pas fait le mĂ©nage en partant, nous n'en avons pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venus, et avons trouvĂ© une cuisine dans un Ă©tat de propretĂ© dĂ©sastreux (rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et micro-ondes crasseux, vaisselle et poĂȘles sales, etc.). Le reste du mĂ©nage avait Ă©tĂ© fait assez sommairement par une femme de mĂ©nage. Pour 2500 euros la semaine, on serait en droit d'attendre une procĂ©dure mieux maitrisĂ©e. ContactĂ©e, la propriĂ©taire semble ne pas du tout avoir pris la mesure de ce que reprĂ©sente le fait d'arriver dans une location dans de telles conditions, extrĂȘmement dĂ©cevantes. Il serait souhaitable qu'une partie plus importante du prix de la location soit consacrĂ©e Ă  l'entretien de ce bien.

Maison trÚs agréable au coeur du Méné

La maison est trÚs bien située au coeur du village du Méné, à l'abri de l'agitation mais proche des plages et du bourg. Elle est trÚs agréable et permet d'accueillir confortablement une famille étendue. L'équipement complet et la cour avec barbecue rendent les vacances faciles et plaisantes. Merci !

Super avec qq pbs de plombe rie

Je pense que la propriĂ©taire a fait de son mieux pour rĂ©soudre qq pbs de plomberie dans les salles de bains mais n’a pas pas pu trouver Ă  temps les professionnels. Sinon, trĂšs aidante. Endroit trĂšs sympa, accueillant. Dommage aussi que la table dehors ne soit pas en bon Ă©tat pour manger dehors. En gros, je recommande. Et j’y retournerais.

Belle maison spacieuse et bien Ă©quipĂ©e dans un emplacement idĂ©al prĂšs des plages. Les commerces sont accessibles facilement en vĂ©lo. À noter que le vĂ©lo est amplement suffisant pour circuler sur l’üle.

Formidable!!

L agencement de la maison est parfaite pour des familles avec enfants. Dans un petit village au calme et proche de tout, plage, commerce... Nous avons tellement adoré que je suis certaine que nous reviendrons. TrÚs belle expérience!!!

Séjour trÚs agréable sur Groix ! La maison est idéalement placée entre le bourg et la plage des grands sables. L'intérieur est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Tout est propre et parfaitement bien aménagé. En résumé, cette maison est idéale pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille sur Groix.
