In the historic center of Palau, really a few steps from the famous beaches "Palau Vecchio" and "Sciumara", as well as from the Via Nazionale with its bars, shops and restaurants and from the seafront, I propose for rent this large apartment just renovated. The house furnished with care in June 2018 offers a bright living room with kitchenette, large double bedroom, double bedroom with 200x90 beds, third bedroom with sofa bed. Sea view from the house and from the splendid roof terrace.

Brand new, just furnished, bright and fresh (also thanks to the AC system), this house allows you to enjoy your holiday forgetting about the car - here it really is all within walking distance, from the beaches to the excursions, from restaurants to supermarkets, from the playground to ice cream parlors. The highlight of the house is certainly the panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, which will allow you to have breakfast outside and take a digestive under the starry sky of Sardinia.

Fantastic stay in beautiful apartment!

Mika's apartment was perfect. It's both well located and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. What made the stay extra special were Mika's personal touches; he has a wealth of knowledge about great restaurants and hidden beaches. We look forward to staying in the apartment again in the future.

Great appartment and helpful host

You get what you see - it is a very nice apartment! Good location and we instantly felt at home . Mika was friendly and very helpful all way through; prestocking the fridge, meeting us upon our late arrival , providing information and also came to say good-bye. We were sad to leave and would like to come back .We give our best recommendations.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Umgebung

Wir haben 10 Nächte mit unserem 2,5 jährigen Sohn in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab genügend Handtücher, sogar Strandtücher. Die Ausstattung der Küche war super. Wir haben fast jeden Tag gekocht und haben nichts an Ausstattung vermisst. Es gab sogar Croissants, Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine und Limoncello. Schön war auch die Terrasse mit einem tollen Blick über Palau. Die anderen Bewohner im Haus waren super lieb und immer auf einen Plausch aus. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Zu Fuß ist man binnen Max. 5 Minuten am Hafen, in kürzerer Distanz befinden sich Restaurants, Frühstück Cafés und Geschäfte zum Bummeln. Auch kleine Supermärkte, Fleischer, Käsegeschäfte sind in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit Mika war super nett. Er hat immer schnell geantwortet. Er hat uns auch persönlich empfangen und uns viele Tips gegeben. Wir können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Thanks Mika for having us in your appartement. We absolutely enjoyed ihr staying.
