Our cleaning team will thoroughly clean the apartment, including the fridge, and will dispose of any perishable items. However, they use common sense when it comes to non-perishables—they won’t throw away things like suntan lotion, after-sun products, or unopened bottles of beer, wine, or spirits. You might also find a few treats left in the freezer, such as ice creams or lollies.
You're very welcome to make yourself at home—feel free to use or take anything you find useful during your stay.
Only minutes away from the shops, beaches and other amenities of the Costa del Sol yet set in an idyllic tranquil location well away from the hustle and bustle of the coast. The development boasts stunning tropical landscaped gardens, 2 outdoor swimming pools, a communal social club with table tennis, books and games for the children.
All apartments are serviced by underground lifts and have been constructed to the highest of standards with features such as full hot and cold A/C units, traditional wood burning fireplaces, luxury equipped kitchens and laundry room Villeroy and Bosch bathrooms with underfloor heating, polished marble floors throughout.
The home is on the ground floor level, as the development is on a hill the rear of the home is a few steps from the garden as shown in the pictures, the front is higher, there is both lift access and a staircase to the front of the home.
Mijas town is about 2.5 km away which has lots of shops and restaurants. Fuengirola and the beach are about 5.5 Km
There is a bus stop right outside the development that goes up to the town of Mijas and down to Fuengirola which is by the beach.

This is a very large & well equipped apartment with equally large & private outside space. Lovely pool & easy to use underground secure parking. A car or taxis (only about €8) required to go to the Pueblo or Fuengirola.
Owners were great to deal with & very accommodating.
This apartment is absolutely amazing, we have stayed here now 2 years running & love the fact that the pool is just outside the patio doors with it being ground floor. Spacious, quiet, clean, air con, all the facilities you would expect to find. We hire a car so as to get to all destinations, Mijas la Calle, Belamadena (great water sports) Mijas town is beautiful just 5 mins away at the top of the hill, great restaurants & fantastic atmosphere. You do not need a car as great bus service from just outside the apartment. All round great holiday destination (we have 2 boys aged 10 & 14 & they love it) Jill & Paul are great to deal with. We love this apartment & this location & hope to be back again soon . Thank you for everything Jill & Paul

Es ist wunderschönes Appartement und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Eine sehr großzügige Terrasse mit Treppe in den Garten. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Pools sind sauber. Es gibt nichts, was man bemängeln könnte. Wie kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Beautiful Apartment
Loved this apartment. Spotless clean and a true home from home. Swimming pool at the bottom of the garden - ideal for my children. We all took the bus into town - was very cheap and buses reliable - kids loved doing this. Recommend a meal in mijas village beautiful food and great atmosphere. Will stay here again in the future.
