About this property
Greyhawk | Private Hot Tub | Walk to Main Street | Lower Deer Valley
Professionally Managed by Park City Host Vacation Rentals
Welcome to Greyhawk #2, a warm and inviting 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome in Lower Deer Valley, perfectly positioned between Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain, and Historic Main Street.
The owners have been coming to Park City for more than 20 years, creating countless memories here before eventually finding the mountain home they'd been searching for. They chose Greyhawk #2 for the same reasons guests continue to love it: an incredibly convenient location, a smart multi-level layout, easy access to the mountains and Main Street, and a relaxed atmosphere that immediately feels like home.
This immaculate three-level residence sleeps up to 6 guests and features a private hot tub, wraparound deck, gas fireplace, updated kitchen with gas stove, flexible King/Twin sleeping arrangements, underground parking for two vehicles, high-speed WiFi, Sonos audio, and free Park City transit literally at the base of the stairs.
Recent improvements include kitchen updates, fresh paint throughout, new carpet in the bedrooms, and upgraded turbo shower heads. The owners describe one of their favorite features as the home's "low schlep factor"—and once you've stayed here, you'll understand exactly what they mean.
TRAVELING WITH A LARGER GROUP? Park City Host manages several additional residences within the Greyhawk community, making this an excellent location for larger families, multi-family vacations, ski groups, wedding parties, reunions, and friends traveling together.
Subject to availability, multiple Greyhawk residences can be reserved together, allowing everyone to stay within the same community while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of separate homes.
Contact Park City Host if you'd like assistance coordinating multiple Greyhawk properties for your group.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW Greyhawk #2 is an end-unit, three-level townhome with an excellent layout for families, couples, and friends traveling together.
The main level is designed for gathering, with an open living room adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. It's exactly the kind of space the owners were looking for—a home where everyone can cook, hang out, eat, and enjoy time together without feeling crowded.
As an end unit, the residence benefits from additional windows in the living room, bringing extra natural light into the home.
The bedrooms are positioned above and below the main living level, providing excellent separation and privacy when guests are ready to call it a night. Recent improvements have made the residence even more comfortable, including: Updated kitchen Fresh paint throughout New bedroom carpeting Updated living-area flooring Updated furnishings New turbo shower heads High-speed WiFi The result is a comfortable, welcoming mountain home with a relaxed personality all its own.
BEDROOM & SLEEPING LAYOUT Greyhawk #2 comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
Upper-Level King Suite King bed Private full ensuite bathroom Large bathroom vanity Double sinks Excellent privacy on the upper level
Lower-Level Flexible King / Twin Suite Can be configured as 1 King bed OR 2 Twin beds Private full ensuite bathroom Large bathroom vanity Double sinks Excellent option for couples, children, or friends traveling together

Main-Level Powder Room A convenient half bathroom is located directly off the main living area.
With two private bedroom suites plus a powder room, everyone has plenty of space to get ready for the mountain or an evening in town.
PRIVATE HOT TUB Yes, it's private.
And as the owners put it: do we really need to elaborate?
After a long day skiing Deer Valley powder, exploring Park City Mountain, hiking, or biking, return home and step into your private outdoor hot tub.
No clubhouse. No sharing with other guests. Just your family or friends relaxing together after another day in Park City.
The private hot tub is one of the home's defining features and an especially welcome amenity after a full day on the mountain.
WRAPAROUND DECK Because Greyhawk #2 is an end unit, guests can enjoy a spacious wraparound outdoor deck.
Step outside with your morning coffee, enjoy the fresh mountain air, or relax outdoors after a day exploring Park City.
Combined with the extra windows inside, the end-unit position gives the residence an open and bright feel.
UPDATED KITCHEN WITH GAS COOKING The owners love to cook, so having a functional, well-equipped kitchen was important when choosing their Park City home.
The kitchen has been recently updated and includes: Gas stove Full-size appliances Cookware & cooking utensils Dishes & glassware Dining essentials Generous preparation space
The kitchen connects directly with the living and dining areas, allowing everyone to remain part of the conversation while meals are being prepared.
It's equally suited to pancakes before first chair, après-ski snacks, or a relaxed family dinner at home.
GAS FIREPLACE & RELAXED MOUNTAIN LIVING There's something immediately welcoming about Greyhawk #2.
The owners describe it simply as a happy place, and the relaxed atmosphere is part of what makes the residence special.
Gather around the gas fireplace after skiing, put on some music through the Sonos system, stream a movie, or settle in with friends and family after dinner.
This isn't simply a place to sleep between ski days—it's designed to be part of the vacation.
TURBO SHOWER HEADS & GREAT WATER PRESSURE It's a small detail that makes a surprisingly big difference after a full day on the mountain.
The bathrooms feature newly upgraded turbo shower heads with excellent water pressure.
Combine a long ski day, a soak in the private hot tub, and a strong hot shower, and you've got a pretty good Park City evening.
Both full bathrooms also feature large vanities and double sinks, giving everyone plenty of space for toiletries and getting ready.
LOCATION – LOWER DEER VALLEY Greyhawk #2 sits in one of Park City's most convenient locations.
You're positioned almost exactly between Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain, with each approximately five minutes away.

THE "LOW SCHLEP FACTOR" One of the owners' favorite things about Greyhawk #2 is what they call the low schlep factor.
The free Park City bus stops literally at the base of the stairs, making getting around incredibly easy—even compared with some ski-in/ski-out properties they've stayed in over the years.
Grab your skis, head downstairs, and hop aboard.
It's an especially convenient setup for families carrying skis, boots, helmets, and all the other gear that comes with a mountain vacation.
WALK TO HISTORIC MAIN STREET The owners timed it: it's approximately an 8-minute walk to Historic Main Street.
From there you'll have access to: Restaurants Après-ski Bars Coffee shops Boutique shopping Art galleries Entertainment Town Lift
Between your feet and Park City's free transportation system, driving is completely optional for much of your stay.
UNDERGROUND PARKING FOR TWO VEHICLES If you do bring a vehicle, Greyhawk #2 includes access to two parking spaces in the underground garage.
During winter, that means no clearing snow and ice from the car before heading out for the day.
And with Main Street within walking distance and free transit at your doorstep, your vehicles may spend much of the vacation safely parked underground.
WORK & CONNECTIVITY Need to handle a little work between mountain adventures?
Greyhawk #2 is particularly well equipped with: High-speed WiFi Laser printer Printer paper Sonos music system Roku for accessing your own streaming services
Whether you're downloading a large presentation, jumping onto a quick call, or printing something before heading into town, the home gives you the tools you need.

Great Location
Great location! It's on the bud route to Deer Valley. Easy access to bus stop across the street. The master bath could use some upgrades, but overall a nice place!
We had a wonderful time at the Greyhawk condo! Snow was amazing. We were there the week we got 23 inches in 24 hours. Amazing conditions. This condo was perfect for Deer Valley...easy drive...close to downtown restaurants at night. Hot tub was super every day after all day skiing. Highly recommend!
Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!! Your unit is fantastic!!

The place exactly as advertised. The only issue we had was the ice machine did not work. Very convenient to the bus. Easy to get to the skiing sand town.
This condo is perfectly situated for access to Deer Valley resort and Park City’s Main Street with or without a car. We caught the free bus right outside the condo complex to ski, then walked to and from town at night (10 min). As for the condo itself, the hot tub was a highlight, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet—everything you want in a ski house!

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
I thought the presentation was average. Eg the pots in the kitchen were just thrown in, it took me 10 minutes to empty it and restack in an orderly way. A shelf against the fireplace had dropped off it it’s support with books etc. slumped to the back. I left this. Some of the blinds didn’t operate well due to broken adjusters. All together it gave the impression the place was a bit run down. In saying that, we enjoyed our stay, the space was great and we were happy. The above is feedback. When you are paying good money and relying on photos, you expect exceptional.

Hi Scott,
Thanks so much for your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay, that the space was great, and you were happy. We’ve asked our cleaning crews to check that the cookware is stacked as neatly as possible after each guest and will check all the blind adjusters. But we’re honestly taken aback by your “bit run down" comment. The owner is local, meticulous about upkeep and has invested tens of thousands of dollars this season alone. Many updates were made in the kitchen, the entire unit was freshly painted, the tub was refinished, new carpet was installed throughout and there’s brand new furniture in the upstairs bedroom. A new kitchen island was installed last week. We aim to take the best, most representative photos. Please let us know if any of those could be improved.
What’s most disappointing about your review is that the owner personally dropped off a welcome gift and, given the snow conditions, a two page note suggesting things to do on and off the mountain. That note ended with “We want to ensure you feel totally at home. If there's anything that would prevent you from leaving a 5 star review, please let us know.” We agree that you should expect exceptional. And sometimes with quick turnovers during busy season small details can be overlooked. We appreciate your review, but it’s disappointing that you didn’t reach out with any issues you had during your stay. We could’ve easily addressed them and exceeded your expectations.
Bus stop at front door gets you anywhere in town in minutes. Underground parking means no digging out. Unit fully stocked with what you need. Area for improvement hot tub no snow removal prior to our visit meaning we had to remove snow with broom as no shovel available. No closet space as closets completely over stuffed with stuff.

The place exactly as advertised. The only issue we had was the ice machine did not work. Very convenient to the bus. Easy to get to the skiing sand town.
Great condo in a great location. Bus system right outside. Easy walk to Main Street. Extra tall garage door allowed us to pull in with the Thule on the roof!
My family of 5 enjoyed this property. It is very close to the bottom of Deer Valley where ski school is which made it very convenient for us. It’s also close to Main Street so you will spend very little time in the car. The parking is underground enclosed, which makes it easy to get in and out. It was enough space for 5 of us. 6 or more would be tight. The WIFI was really fast, and having Sonos and a smart TV made chilling out at the end of the day really easy. There is a little road noise but nothing so loud it was a problem. We enjoyed watching the departing resort traffic from the hot tub happy we were home for the night already.
Outstanding condo, clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped. The best part about this condo is the location, which is in between Deer Valley slopes and Park City slopes. Recommend for sure!!!
The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Very easy access to Deer Valley (even wearing all our gear and with two kids) and a short walk/ride into Park City. Luke was very responsive and accommodating! We can't wait for our next trip out to Park City!
Didn’t love the bus shuttle and ski in/out would be more ideal,...but a great condo in central location.

Marc, This is NOT listed as a ski in ski out property. The shuttle is a free service provided by the city located directly outside of our condo. If your 4 star review is based on these two items and not our impeccable condo we suggest you adjust your review to be more accurate for future guests.

Great Condo in Park City / Deer Valley
Great condo in a good location between Park City and Deer Valley. Close enough to walk to downtown Park City; however, we drove as it was not busy time of year. Great shops and restaurants to choose from. The condo has all that you would need for your stay. It was just the two of us; however, could easily have another couple with plenty of room. Spacious with fireplace and great condo. Easy check in and out. Will be back! Thanks again!

Spacious 2 bedroom condo in a great location!
This condo was exactly what we were looking for when we decided to do some spring skiing with our two young children. There was plenty of room to spread out with ski gear and all, and still not feel crowded. The kitchen was clean and had every appliance/utensil needed. The TV had an easy to use Roku system that included Netflix, which we used and enjoyed. The Sonos system worked great. The bedrooms had nice linens and furniture. The bathrooms had plenty of soft towels. The hot tub was wonderful--clean and even though it is on the deck it felt relatively private and had a nice view! We liked the indoor parking garage that was only for residents. The location of this condo is incredibly convenient to get into downtown Park City, whether walking, driving, or catching one of the free buses that come very often. We had everything we could ever want very close by--as far as grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping (from high-end ski stores to a Tanger Outlet center nearby). The Park City Hosts who manage the property were great in accommodating a few requests. They even advised us how to ship our skis and they had them waiting for us in the condo when we arrived (so much better than hauling them through the airport!). Thank you to the owners for opening up your condo to us, and thank you very much to the Park City Hosts for helping make our stay worry-free. It was a memorable vacation!

Clean, perfectly located and cozy 2br ski apartment perfect for all occasions
The house was perfect. The two bedrooms were large, well kept and far enough apart that privacy was not an issue at all. The house had a large living area and great well stocked kitchen. The property manager was attentive and there for whatever you need. It's located close to the mountain and also to Main Street - you really can't ask for anything better. The kitchen was well stocked which is important and there is a disposal in the sink which is great. The hot tub is a great touch as well.
Honestly, can't say 1 thing I would change about the house. Stay there if you need a 2br.

Hi Jacob!
Thanks for the kind words. We’re thrilled that you enjoyed your stay and had the privacy you hoped for. Nice to know that our obsession with cooking gadgets finally paid off and left you with a kitchen that served your needs ;). Thanks for giving Matthew and Luke, our property managers, a shout out too. Come back soon!

excellent place for work or play
This is a terrific condo in a gorgeous location. Definitely measures up to the photos and beyond, because you can't see until you're out on the deck how beautiful it really is up in the mountains among the trees. I was in Park City working on a creative project and needed an upscale, comfortable place where I could host a high profile client for a few long, productive days. This condo was comfortable, upscale, and well equipped. It has a cozy, homey feel, but there's plenty of space. The open floor plan and huge windows on the main floor give it a lot of air and light. The owner made excellent choices furnishing and decorating. Wifi was solid and fast (I was downloading and uploading massive files). I really appreciated the beautiful farmhouse style table that easily expanded to a large conference table. The kitchen is nicely equipped, so it was easy to serve breakfast, snacks, and lunch and cook dinner, but the location is just a few minutes from great Main Street restaurants, so it's easy to pop over there for lunch or dinner too. My assistant and I each had a very nice master bedroom with en suite bathroom, plus there's a half bath on the main floor for guests. I can also see this layout working perfectly for two couples or for a family on vacation or ski trip, because of the nice big closets, mud room bench at the door, two decks (one with a hot tub, which was immaculately clean) -- so many extras set it a cut above many of the condos and apartments I've rented for business and vacationing. Owner was pleasant and responsive. Place is easy to find and has secure inside parking. Basically, my only complaint is that I don't live here. :)
