Welcome to Siora Tanto Rustic Villa. A traditional, 250 sqm stone villa, offering its guests a hint of rustic charm with modern amenities. The villa certainly has that element of serenity, all in the heart of Exanthia village, Lefkada.
The main villa and it's detached 75sqm guest house comprises of 5 spacious, airy bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a half bathroom, open plan, a fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette , dining/living areas and a marvellous out door area with a bbq and an amazing pool!
The main villa of 250 sqm comprises of three spacious bedrooms, two of which have double beds, one of which is the master bedroom, while the other bedroom has two single beds which can be converted into a double bed. The bedroom with the double bed and the bedroom with the two single beds are adjoining, divided by a double, wooden door. These two bedrooms lead out on to a private balcony with a table and chairs for relaxation, while enjoying the stunning view. All of the bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning for a comfortable night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms have 40' flat screen TV's. There are two full bathrooms on the upper floor ( with double vanities ) , one of which is the master bedroom en-suite and a half bathroom on the ground floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a walk in pantry, making cooking an absolute delight! The dining/living area is open planned with a wood burning fireplace, a 55' flat screen TV and a special feature being that of the underground well, furnished by light at the flick of a switch! A taste of rural living from a ' by-gone ' era, making Siora Tanto Villa that extra exceptional!
As for the outdoor area, there is no denying that it is absolutely delightful and charming! Mature trees and other lush vegetation decorate the grounds, creating a true sense of Mediterranean charm at its prime! This hand crafted, stone villa overlooks the slopes of Exanthia village and the Ionian Sea, soaking in the natural beauty of the area. A true delight for our guests to enjoy outdoor living during their stay.
You will be pleasantly surprised that on this property there is also a detached guest house of 75 sqm, which is comprised of two separate floors each with its own entrance. Each floor consists of a double bedroom with an en-suite. The guest house has it’s very own courtyard and is at a mere 6 meter distance from the main villa. The total living space comes to 325 sqm, 5 bedrooms in total, making this an ideal holiday getaway, not only for families but also for a group of friends who want a unique holiday experience!
Siora Tanto Rustic villa has a double garage, easily accommodating two cars.

Siora Tanto Villa is located in the heart of Exanthia village, a thirty minute drive to Lefkas town and a 7 km drive from the famous, blue flag beach of Kathisma. A beach which beats to the rhythm of summer, thanks to "Copla beach bar" , luxury outdoor eating at "Monato" restaurant, while indulging in the flavours of the Mediterranean.
Located in the village of Exanthia, a mere five minute walk, our guests will find "Rachi" restaurant and "Fly me" bar, a dining experience not to be missed. Dining above the clouds while you watch the sun go down. Truly unforgettable! This spot attracts paragliding enthusiasts from all over the world.
This particular village is built amphitheatrically, allowing for each traditional home to be soaked in the sun! Walking around this village is sheer pleasure, also meeting local people along the way and perhaps taking time out to enjoy traditional Greek coffee at one of the old, village cafe's. When our guests wake in the morning, fresh bread is a must for breakfast from the local bakery. Other supplies ought to be bought from Lefkas town where our guests can find super markets, fish mongers, butchers, green grocers and other convenient stores.
It is generally advisable that our guests have there own vehicle or rental car. There is a bus stop at a distance of approximately five minutes on foot from Siora Tanto Villa, which takes you to the nearby beaches and down to Lefkas town. A taxi service is also available 24/7.
