Gite in typical loire edge of Rance welcomes up to 6 people, 300m from a small marina, with sandy beach. Many marked trails for hikers, ideally located to visit the Emerald Coast, 20km from Saint Malo but also, Cancale, Dinard, Mont Saint Michel ..... 10 km from the medieval city of Dinan.

Located in the heart of a quiet hamlet on the edge of Rance, you will be seduced by this charming cottage. 2km from the village of Pleudihen where you will find all the shops (mini-market with butchery, pharmacy, bakery, newspaper bar, many restaurants, garage) House of Health: doctors, dentists, nurses, physiotherapists, osteopath.

Ideal to relax and both to visit the region such as visiting Dinan (medieval city overlooking the Rance Valley), Saint-Malo (corsair city) with its large aquarium. Jersey and Guernsey Islands from Saint-Malo.

Très joli village. Excellent accueil. Joli jardin très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécie la région. Mais le gîte s’est avéré peu adapté pour des personnes de plus de 60 ans du fait de l’absence de sanitaires à l’étage des chambres. Bonne semaine malgré tout.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und tolle Strände

Das ruhig gelegene Gite war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und waren jederzeit erreichbar.

geeignet für einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt

Sehr ruhige und saubere Unterkunft bei einer netten Gastgeberin. Die Ausstattung ist prima. Es gibt in der Region viel zu entdecken, es gibt viele interessante Tagesausflugsziele. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist ländlich, aber auch durchaus ansprechend. Man kann sogar im Fluss (Rance) baden, schöne Strände am Meer sind ca. 25 Autominuten entfernt. Die nahegelegene Kleinstadt Dinan hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nicht geeignet für Gäste, die auf schnelles Internet angewiesen sind.

Séjour très agréable

Un très bon séjour passé dans ce gîte idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Proche de Dinard, Dinan, st Malo, cancale. La cale de Mordreuc est un petit coin tranquille bien agréable. Le petit resto y est délicieux. Les propriétaires du gîte sont très disponibles et très accueillants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ideale uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen

We logeerden 14 dagen in dit mooie huis in Mordreuc. Veel bezienswaardigheden in de onmiddellijke nabijheid : - Dinan - St-Malo - Le mont st michel - cap frehel + forte la latte - Dol de bretagne - ferme marine - cider museum En voor de kinderen de verschillende attractie- en waterpretparken in de buurt. Het huis heeft alle comfort, ook voor een langer verblijf. Brigitte en haar man zijn voortreffelijke verhuurders. Ze geven je tips over de streek, gastronomie, ..... Als er iets niet in orde is, wordt het onmiddellijk hersteld. En de cider, die smaakt nergens beter dan daar.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille ! Le logement est très agréable, décoré avec goût et très propre. Il n'y manque rien. Le petit jardin arboré et fleuri (splendides hortensias) est un havre de paix. Les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse et d'une grande discrétion. Le hameau de Mordreuc est charmant. Une petite plage parfaite pour les petits et les grands se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du logement et permet de se baigner dans la Rance. A 2 minutes en voiture, le village de Pleudihen-sur-rance, faisant partie des villages fleuris, propose tous les commerces de première nécessité avec notamment un Carrefour contact avec des produits locaux et une excellente boucherie. Les villes de Dinard et Saint-Malo sont à 25 min, Dinan (à visiter) à 15 min. Cancale et le Mont Saint-Michel entre 30 et 45 min, le Cap Frehel à 1h00. En un mot parfait !

Gite très chouette

4 jours passés dans ce gîte : conforme à la description, spacieux, bien équipé et propre. Le gîte est attenant à la maison des propriétaires avec la cour en commun. En étant à la campagne, le wifi et la télé ne passent pas toujours bien mais ce n'est pas bien génant car la région est très sympa et il y a de quoi faire de très belles balades à partir de ce gîte : Dinan (magnifique), les bords de la Rance (à 5 min du gîte), Saint Malo. Sans oublier les crêpes de la boutique "Bertel-Ferrand " à la sortie de Pleudihen ... on reviendra :-)

Gîte super et hôtes très accueillants

Nous partons avec regret. Le gîte est idéalement situé à quelques minutes de la Rance où l’on peut se baigner. Le jardin et le gîte sont très agréables et parfaitement équipés. Maison de vacances au calme, et tout proche de la plage (Rance) !

La maison est située dans un petit hameau des plus charmants, avec la plage (Rance) à 7 minutes à pied (sable, baignade, phoque !). Commerces dans le village à côté. Le jardin clos est vraiment un plus, avec la possibilité de manger dehors, et la vue sur les magnifiques hortensias :) La maison est spacieuse, pratique, bien aménagée, et nous avons trouvé tout ce qu'il nous fallait (produits de premières nécessité, vaisselle, électroménager... Etc). L'escalier qui mène aux chambres peut faire un peu peur avec de jeunes enfants, mais les hôtes avaient installé une barrière de sécurité tout à fait satisfaisante. Location parfaite pour nos besoins (proche des visites, au calme, balades à pieds à proximité), avec notre enfant de 3 ans et demi. Nous saluons également la gentillesse, la disponibilité et les attentions de Brigitte et Bernard, des hôtes prévenants, discrets, et adorables. Au top !! Nous recommandons mille fois !! Merci pour tout, ce petit coin de paradis nous manque déjà !
