Carnot Street connects the old town with the mail center. You will be 5mns from the train station, lake, cinema or Monoprix!
Our apartment is particularly calm and bright.
It is completely redone combining charm and modernity.
We attach importance to offering our tenants a clean and tidy rent.
It has 2 very comfortable beds: a double bed 140 * 190 mezzanine, 1 double pull-out bed 140 * 190 in the living room.
It is practical and cleverly arranged.
Accessible by train, or by car with parking located in front of the studio.
You can move by bike and leave them safely in the room provided for this purpose.

Logement très fonctionnel, sauf pas de parking prévu ni gratuit. Circulation en voiture pénible.

Logement dans la vieille ville, assez calme, donc proche des commerces et restaurants. Le lac est à vingt minutes à pied. Vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Très belle ville à visiter ainsi que les alentours.

Vorsicht bei der Buchung dieser Wohnung!

2 Tage vor der Anreise hat der Vermieter unsere Buchung storniert. Hat die Fewo doppelt vermietet, selbstverständlich versehentlich. Unsere Buchung war seit 5 Monaten bestätigt und bezahlt. Geld gab es via FEWO-direkt relativ zügig zurück.

Schönes Appartement mitten in der Stadt

Wenn man mitten in Annecy wohnen möchte, liegt das Appartment sehr günstig. Es ist recht klein, aber neu renoviert und geschickt aufgeteilt und für 2 Personen passt es gut. Die Vermieter sind ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
