Newly built house equipped with all comforts.

Entrance through a private road with reserved parking space.

The apartment is very spacious and has a rustic decor, complete with full kitchen, fridge, freezer, freezer, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, 2 TVs.

There are 3 balconies and a small veranda where you can have breakfast in the morning.

Going up to the terrace (covered), you find yourself with a splendid view towards the sea and the lighthouse of San Vito Lo Capo.

Terrace equipped with furniture for dining (large table, chairs, stove, sink), to relax (sofas and deck chairs) and the presence of an additional bathroom.

The apartment is located about 500 meters from the beach, with the possibility of reaching the sea on foot or via the free shuttle that stops right outside the house.
