It’s right on the beach. That’s the good thing. Bad things: small tv, dirty furniture, small bathrooms and the plaster is falling off the walls. Overall a decent place if you are planning to spend most of your time outside the room.

The view from the condo is absolutely amazing. Access to the beach is so easy. Our stay was the first week of October and it was quiet and not crowded on the beach at all. Easy walk to the Pier. We had dinner at Snooky's a 3 minute walk from the condo and food and service was excellent. Rebecca is so considerate and supplies so many necessities that most rentals don't supply. It would have been nice if there were hooks to hang damp towels or robes on the back of the bathroom or bedroom doors, The floors could have been a little cleaner. Our slippers were dirty on the bottoms and cabinet door was loose under the sink but those are just little things. Thank you Rebecca for the use of your beautiful condo.

Property was as advertised. Incredible view and private balcony. Condo was very clean and we loved the decorations/wall hangings. Check-in was effortless, plenty of luggage carts available, two elevators in good working order, nice parking garage and secure building. King bed in primary bedroom was very comfortable and we liked the blinds and curtains to keep the sun out in the morning. Nice, spacious primary bathroom. Plenty of good places for meals within a short drive. Note that the condo does not have a washer/dryer but there are W/Ds available on the 4th floor. We were very satisfied and had a lovely stay. Worked out great for us as we have family who stay here regularly. Was great to be close. The location is wonderful. Close to grocery, cute little coffee shop across the street. We have stayed in this building often with family. One of our favorite spots to go. Golf for the boys and beach for the girls.

A wonderful place to vacation

This made for a perfect vacation. Super clean and more than enough room for our family. Location is amazing! Easy walk to many wonderful restaurants, a grocery store across the street, and a wonderful beach just a few steps away.
