My house is ideal for a family stay or for couples looking for relaxation (max 4 or 5 people). It is about 5 10 minutes from the shopping streets and nightlife. The neighborhood is super quiet and quiet, in front there are two supermarkets with a tobacconist including a discount store, a 5-minute walk to get to the medical guard and the carabinieri. Also 5 minutes walk will take you to the streets of nightlife and shopping, restaurants pizzerias bar breakfasts, ice cream parlors and evening aperitifs. The place is ideal for cycling in the main streets that then lead along the fantastic marina with boats and yachts of Villasimius. Villasimius is also ideal for runners who like to relax early in the morning or in the evening with coolness.
