SYMPATHIC APARTMENT IN BEAUTIFUL RESIDENCE ON THE FRONT OF THE POOL

Casa Giorgia is an apartment in the "Campiello del Sole" complex which stands close to the seafront pine forest of Lido del Sole in Bibione. The complex has a beautiful internal park with its illuminated pedestrian paths, two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, with showers, toilets and changing rooms. The accommodation consists of a cheerful living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one with three single beds), a large bathroom with shower and window. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by means of a staircase. It is equipped with armored door, TV set, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and on the outside terrace of the kitchen-living room with a fireplace.

It is the ideal place to spend relaxing holidays surrounded by nature.

It has a private garage in the basement of the complex.

The house is delivered clean, tidy and in good condition. On request and with reservation it is possible to rent sheets and towels.

The customer must clean them by carefully placing the rubbish in the appropriate containers following the instructions for separate collection.

Upon departure, guests are asked to leave the apartment in order, free of waste, with a clean fridge, with dishes and pots washed, with any rented linen folded up.

During your stay in the rented accommodation you are responsible for damages that could occur (unless these are the consequence of normal wear and tear) and for the risks associated with your presence (fires, floods, etc.).
