VILLA KAMBEL WEST - heated pool, 50m to the sea , jacuzzi, quiet neighborhood.

Villa Kambel was completed in July 2018 and it’s designed as a complex of two villas, Villa Kambel East and Villa Kambel West.

Each villa is independent with own private heated pool, outdoor parking space for few cars and doesn’t depend on the other. Villa is located in peaceful and quiet area of Kastel Kambelovac only 50m from the sea and 5min to the center of city. Also, provides complete privacy from the neighbor’s interaction which is ideal for holidays with your family and friends.

Villa is arranged over three floors: ground floor, first floor and terrace on the top.

Ground floor of the villa is a comfortable living room with totally equipment kitchen, dining room and toilet with washer & dryer machine.Large glass walls can be opened and provide exit to the outdoor pool terrace with 30m² heated swimming pool with massage system. Near the pool there is a shower, sun beds and umbrella for relax and enjoy. There is also a large loggia with a big dining table & BBQ Weber where you can enjoy in delicious dinners on warm Dalmatian nights.

First floor is designed as sleeping area with 3 bedrooms oriented on the south with sea view. In each room we have: double bed, bathroom with heating floor & stand-alone shower, Smart Sat-TV, wardrobe, working table, Huet Smart Light, air conditioning, remote electrical blinds, towel & sheets, and balcony with sea view.

Top floor is designed as relaxing terrace with Jacuzzi, Kambel Bar, rattan furniture, Smart Sat Tv and bathroom. Furthermore, guests have an amazing panoramic sea view on Islands and two UNESCO protected cities Trogir and Split which are only 20 min away. This place is perfect for relaxing, watching the sunset and enjoying the warm Dalmatian nights.

The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

Villa is comfortable for 6 persons in 3 double bed rooms with sea view.

Smoking is allowed outside but smoking inside the villa is not allowed.

No loud music or noise in period from 23:30 to 09:00 (Croatian law for public order and peace during the period of sleep).
All younger group under the age of 24 must first let us know their age before completing reservation.

In front of the Villa Kambel there is 10 km long promenade by the sea which connects seven castles. We invite you to take a walking tour at the promenades through Kaštela and enjoy the variety of restaurants, bars, beaches and cultural attractions along the sea. A casual Mediterranean way of life, a combination of traditional values and a modern urban lifestyle, socializing over coffee in lively cafes, open and cordial people – all these are Kastela.

The great advantage of the Kaštela city is location between the two dynamic UNESCO protected towns Split and Trogir which are only 20min away. Split is the second largest town in Croatia, it is a mix of modern life & ancient history. In the city of Split there are numerous night clubs, restaurants, shopping centers, cinemas as well as museums, theaters and historic attractions. Trogir is a small charming historic town and one of the best preserved Romanesque cities in this part of Euope. It is more like museum than town.
