The villa is ideal for families with children or three couples. This pleasant holiday house consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen with modern cooking appliances, a dining table and a living room with a comfortable couch and a sat-TV. The living room has access to a covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs where you can enjoy in warm summer evenings. Furthermore, on the ground floor you can also find three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower and washing machine. The guests can enjoy their time swimming in the private pool and having breakfast/dinner in the beautiful garden. Labinci is a quiet village, 7 km away from Porec and Lanterna.
