Apartment Ivona II is one of two apartments in the Silver Holiday House. It is located on the ground floor on the right side of the house, overlooking the pool. It offers 50 m2 of living space and accommodates up to two guests. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and an air-conditioned living room with a dining area and satellite TV. The bedroom has a double bed, and the bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine. The living room opens onto a private terrace with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying the garden and relaxing outdoors. Guests have access to a shared pool, a landscaped garden with a barbecue area and garden furniture, as well as one parking space per apartment. The owners live on the upper floor of the house and are available to assist or advise at any time while fully respecting guests’ privacy.
