3 room apartment completely renovated, very air-conditioned, fully air conditioned, on the ground floor of the villa for 4/5 people, 60 m²: living room with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, covered terrace with barbecue. South / southwest exposure. Natural environment on the hill of Mont des Oiseaux, very quiet with beautiful sea views of the Iles d'Or and the Giens peninsula, 5 minutes from all shops by car.

Air conditioning throughout the apartment - new kitchen equipment, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. New bedding also.

Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft in einer privaten Wohnanlage auf dem Berg,man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wirklich so groß wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten im kleinen Zimmer sind für Kinder gut, für Erwachsene nicht ganz so gut geeignet. Mme Robin ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Vacances de reve

Hôte bienveillant et discret. Appartement climatisé proposant des prestations de qualité: douche italienne géante, cuisine équipée avec un frigo américain , literie de qualité... Prope, spacieux avec une vue depuis la terrasse inoubliable!!! Déjeuner avec les cigales et cette vue sur la mer chaque jour différente, je ne m en lasserai pas.

Urlaub an der Côte d'Azur

Es war unser erster Urlaub an der Côte d'Azur. Wir verbrachten 3 traumhafte Wochen in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht von der Terasse und dem Küchenfenster auf die Halbinsel von Hyères. Die Bilder zeigen die Wohnung wir sie ist. Es ist sehr viel Platz. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Qualität der Betten ist sehr gut. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (E.Leclerc) sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist ein sehr gutes Ausgangsziel, um die ganze Côte d'Azur mit Tagesausflügen zu bereisen. Die Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe sind unbeschreiblich schön. Mrs. Robin ist sehr nett, gastfreundlich und kümmert sich umgehend, wenn etwas benötigt wird. Wir hatten selten so nette Gastgeber. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Unsere Ferienwohnung war super, bestens ausgestattet und mit einer wunderschönenen Aussicht auf die Halbinsel Giens. Madame Robin hat uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen und stand jederzeit für Fragen bereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser ruhigen und wunderschönen Umgebung sehr genossen.

Excellente semaine sur le mont des Oiseaux

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances. L'appartement est au calme, conforme à l'annonce, très bien équipé et confortable, la terrasse est ombragée. La vue sur la presqu'île est magnifique. Jocelyne et son mari sont gentils et prévenants. Ne manquez pas la visite de l'observatoire à deux pas le vendredi soir.

Traumdomizil mit Meerblick

Wir haben hier im August als Familie eine herrliche Ferienwoche verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt, wie schon mehrfach beschrieben, hoch über dem Meer mit wahrlich traumhaftem Blick auf die Halbinsel von Giens. Den Meerblick kann man sowohl auf der Terrasse liegend genießen, als auch von der kleinen Sitz- und Essecke. Im Hochsommer ein "petit coin du paradis"! Das Appartment haben wir wie in der Beschreibung angekündigt vorgefunden. Es ist sehr modern und trotzdem mit Charme eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen und komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders in der Küche ist die Ausstattung extrem gut: Wenn man möchte, kann man durch Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühl-/ Gefrierkombi, Wasserkühler und einer enorm großen Ausstattung an Kochutensilien "haute cuisine" kochen! Da wir Hobbyköche sind, hat uns das besonders gut gefallen und unser positives Urlaubserlebnis noch verstärkt. Wenn man sich einmal an die doch etwas kompliziertere Anfahrt (Unser Navigationsgerät hatte die eingegebene Adresse nicht gefunden, da sie in einem Privatgebiet liegt) gewöhnt hat, ist die Ruhe, in der die Wohnung liegt, ein Genuss. Einen ganz herzlichen Dank nochmals an M. und Mme Robin, unsere freundlichen und herzlichen Vermieter! Unser Kontakt war von der Buchung an einfach perfekt- wir bekamen umgehend und sofort Unterstützung bei den kleinsten Anliegen und wurden warmherzig empfangen und während unseres Aufenthaltes begleitet. SEHR GERNE kommen wir einmal wieder und gerne etwas länger! À la prochaine!

Une vue imprenable sur la presqu’ile !

Situé sur les hauteurs, nous avons eu la chance de profiter d’une vue exceptionnelle sur la presqu’ile De Giens ! Appartement tout confort, très bien entretenu, bien aménagé (table dehors, transats à disposition, bbq...) Salle de bain et chambres de belles taille, cuisine tout équipée ! Accueil et conseil au top de Jocelyne et son mari. Séjour parfait !

Propriété de charme en haut de colline

Superbe propriété, très confortable et calme. Espace déco mais très fonctionnel. Accès rapide en voiture à toutes les activités nautiques et aux commerces hyérois. La vue bien sûr ! Et surtout l'accueil très chaleureux et la gentillesse des propriétaires. Tous les ingrédients qui nous ont fait passer un excellent séjour.

Sehr schönes Objekt

Fast auf dem Gipfel des Mt. Oiseau befindet sich diese wunderschöne Wohnung mit Blick auf die Halbinsel und Porquerolles. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt, Joselyne und Ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen und die Urlaubsgegend ist perfekt.

Toujours aussi parfait - Vacances réussies

Nous avons à nouveau pour la troisième année consécutive passé 2 semaines de vacances formidables (du 1er juillet au 15 juillet 2017) chez Mme et Mr Robin. Ils sont toujours aussi attentifs au moindre détail qui pourrait survenir. "House with a view"

We absolutely recommend this nice, well equipped and perfect situated flat where we spent a wonderful week. The view is incredible and the landlords are extraordinary friendly people. Perfect starting point for the beautiful surroundings or just a day on the beach.

Toujours IMPECCABLE!

Notre troisième séjour dans ce petit paradis, accueil et cadre inchangés, toujours autant de chaleur dans l'accueil et la disponibilité et le cadre paisible. L'appartement et ses équipements sont TRES fonctionnels, beaucoup de rangements, cuisine "comme à la maison", tout confort, propreté, cadre, espace, vue imprenable... Nous n'attendons qu'une chose, avoir l'occasion et le plaisir de revenir!

Appartement et propriétaires SUPER

SUPERBE EMPLACEMENT ET TRES BEL APPARTEMENT

L'appartement est situé sur les hauteurs de Hyères avec une vue magnifique sur la presqu'île de Giens. Il est très bien équipé, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso et la literie est de qualité. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de bons conseils concernant les restaurants aux alentours. Nous conseillons cet appartements sans aucunes réserves.

Location au top!!!

Séjour du 08 au 15/08/2015. Pour commencer des propriétaires très accueillants et agréables. Ensuite une annonce plus que réaliste, un appartement aménagé et décoré avec goût super propre et très bien équipé. Une vue des plus agréable du matin au soir et le tout d'un calme!!! Proche des plages et du centre ville. Je conseille vivement cette location.
