Luxurious maisonette furnished with taste (50M2) with swimming pool (32M2) for the 2 studios. This maisonette has a private terrace and garden and a private outdoor kitchen. It is a quiet area 2km from Nai Harn Beach, the most beautiful beach in Phuket, and 800m from Rawai Beach.
Close to many Thai and other restaurants, as well as shops. Hotel service (Daily cleaning of the house). Enjoy the great price (20 € per night and per house) promotional during the quiet season! It is in a quiet area, yet within walking distance of the center of Rawai, where you can find all the shops. Cheap restaurants sit alongside more sophisticated places offering dishes from many different countries (Islander Sports restaurant, Black Bull Restaurant are located 20 m from your accommodation). An excellent seafood restaurant, located by the sea, is located in our street 800 m from the property. Hotel service: The accommodation is cleaned every day, the bed is made, and the sheets and towels, as well as the bathrobes are changed regularly. Wi fi on all the site with your private relay, swimming pool, located at 10M of your studio, TV LED of 42 inches by cable. Fiber optic high speed internet connection (20 MB).

The place was cleaned and the girls Made our bed daily and changes the linen’s regularly. My husband went to the pool he used the raft and noticed a leak in the seam and he mentioned this Michael. Suddenly this was his fault and he needed to pay for it. Then Michael the owner proceeded to tell us we had to pay for the electricity. What? Never has a rental studio asked for electricity payment. It wasn’t that much but this expense was Not listed on the ad. He tried to be helpful but hard to understand his accent often. No parking for a car. Excellent restaurants very close. Pool was very nice.
