This is a stunning property located on 3 floors, with 3 separate terraces, situated on 3600m2 of land, so space is never an issue.

For your comfort our 5 bedroom property at 450m2 has a heated pool, WIFI an en-suite in every bedroom, so no queuing for the bathroom giving you more time to relax and enjoy the stunning panoramic views to the southern part of the island along the coast to Mount Guaza. Nestled in a quiet village situated just 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and its golden beaches.

If staying local is your thing a short walk down the hill will take you into Buzanada where there is a local shop, bakery, and a few restaurants. Ensuring you peace, quiet, tranquility but being just a short drive from the action if you should choose to go.

There is an amazing pool reconstructed from an old agricultural tank with its own pool house with kitchen and WC. You get all day sun and sunbeds are positioned around the pool.

Though shade is provided if you need a respite from the constant sunshine. The pool area leads to the house through the parking area for 4 cars.

Upstairs there are 2 en suite master bedrooms with a 60m2 terrace. We have 2 Wifi points in the house with internet at 20mb/s ,if you need to catch up on work or if the kids need entertaining.

The main entrance on the middle floor with 3 double bedrooms, all en suite. The huge 150m2 ground floor has a kitchen, washroom, WC, dining table and large glass sliding doors with amazing views.

Outside you have a breakfast patio, covered by a pergola. There is also an outside kitchen and BBQ area surrounded by sub tropical plants and cactus.

There is an enormous garden with well position sun loungers, perfect for whiling away those hot summer evenings. Great for families, friends, and business people alike, with no hidden fees, book now and you will not be disappointed.

Brilliant Stay, Beautiful villa

We have just returned from 10 days in Casa Zoe with our party of 10 (4 adults, 6 Children). We had an absolutely fantastic time. The villa was beautiful and is in a quiet location with lovely views. The closest town is a 10 minute walk max. We were able to get taxis from there the first night and once we got a taxi home we had no problems in getting taxis directly from the villa to go to waterpark/beach or into los Christianos in the evening. Max and Viera were brilliant hosts and could not do enough for us which obviously made our stay even more lovely. The pool being at the front of the house actually made it more comfortable for us with so many children (we were a bit unsure at first), as it meant we weren’t worried about them wandering around the pool whilst we were doing dinner etc, And they had the lovely large garden to play in when we weren’t at the pool. The facilities within the villa were more than we needed as a large family, and we had so much space. We hope to return in the future and would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a perfect family holiday. Thank you again Max and Viera, your hospitality really was so appreciated by us all.

Lovely spacious property with a great pool area. We had a wonderful 3 weeks here with different family and friends coming out for one week stay's and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed the experience.The location is in quite an isolated position but looks down towards the coast, presenting a very peaceful stay though a car is an absolute must. That said, the local taxi services were readily available with 7-9 seater vehicles available to Las Americas and Los Cristianos for around 20 euro's.The hosts were in local attendance at the time and the minor issues we had during the stay were very promptly resolved and they bent over backwards to ensure our stay was trouble free and enjoyable. Thanks very much Max.The 5 bedrooms were served with individual en-suite facilities and all the bedrooms were of a very good size. The only point that we would highlight is the bedding for all the beds. Each bedroom had tired bedding that didn't fit the quilt covers. Everyone staying felt that this seemed at odds with the villa quality overall. The bathroom towels were also very tired and could do with an upgrade.Overall though, this is a splendid property if you are looking for some peace and quiet during the day and are happy to either stay in and cook or go out at night via taxi or hire car. The pool area is very large and the pool a really decent size and heated of course. Would happily return.

Amazing House - great location, plenty of room, and beautiful scenery.

Stayed with 6 adults and 4 children. The villa is newly renovated and the pictures on the internet don't do it justice. Views are to the sea on the south coast. It is close to the resorts but you get chirping birds all day and is extremely peaceful. Pool area and garden are lovely with BBQ and loungers and artificial grass which is good if you have small kids like us. Lots of toys on the ground floor and a cotbed is in one of the rooms. The house is massive and everyone can spread out on a different floor or room. Inside, each of the bedrooms has it's own bathroom with an adjustable jet shower. Bedrooms are a nice size. Nice big dining table and cosy sitting areas downstairs. The top floor terrace could be utilized better as there were just some chairs but with so many other areas to sit in not big deal. More pans needed in the kitchen but otherwise it was fantastic. We would stay here again. What an amazing house.

The property itself is a big sized one but the facilities within it was not as described on the Website. For example, the internet was accessible only on ground floor, and the Swimming pool was not heated, I guess.

Thanks for your review but I am dismayed to read this after everything we did for you. 1)No mention of the shopping for you in advance at our expense. 2) The internet worked and we have checked it since. We have 2 access points in the house so obviously it worked and not like you had no internet at all. 3) The pool is heated by a heat pump and if the weather is 14 at night then it will drop during the day. I have had no complaints since. Unfortunately you came in the coldest week of the year but the water temperature was still acceptable at 29-30 degrees. 4)Furthermore I sent 2 different people to try and rectify and explain this but it just did not register. The same with trying to explain how to use the TV. Maybe it is cultural differences and your first self catering villa experience You expected daily cleaning for the whole 420m2 villa for you and your guests which with European labour rates would basically wipe out any profit as it costs me 180 euro a time. I guess renting a villa in Asia with in-house staff and renting a villa in Europe are different experiences.

This house is just huge and set in the most beautiful part of southern Tenerife. You have amazing views of the southern coast and it is only a 10-minute drive to the resorts.

What makes this property unique

The size, space, the pool. Each bedroom has an ensuite. It is a really quiet, peaceful area but when you want to go for a bit of life it is a 10-minute drive. You get the best of both worlds in a massive villa. You would never get something this size in the resorts.
