La sorpresa del GENOVÉS is a modern flat located in a renovated building with well-kept common areas. Just a short walk from the flat you can reach the Cathedral, the Plaza San Juan de Dios, the shopping area of the Plaza del Palillero and the Plaza de la Candelaria.
It is a 42m2 flat located on a first floor with lift and can accommodate up to 3 people.
It consists of 1 bedroom, an open plan kitchen, a living-dining room and a complete bathroom with bathtub.
On entering the flat there is a spacious room with an open-plan kitchen that opens onto the living room, a double sofa-bed and a dining table for up to 4 people. A corridor connects this room with the bathroom and the bedroom. The cosy bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe.

Świetne miejsce!
Bardzo pozytywne doświadczenie. Pomocna i życzliwa obsługa, można się poczuć zaopiekowanym. Wspaniała lokalizacja apartamentu, samo centrum starego miasta, jednocześnie przy ulicy, na której nie ma barów, więc jest spokój. Okna wychodzą na wewnętrzne patio, co dla mnie jest ogromnym plusem, bo jest cicho. Mieszkanie jest wyposażone we wszytsko, co potrzebne do wygodnego pobytu. Jest bardzo czysto. Bardzo udany pobyt, na pewno wrócę.

La ubicación.
Problemas con el agua caliente. Al abrir un grifo se apaga el calentador.

Nos agrada saber que disfrutó de la ubicación del apartamento, situado a tan solo unos minutos a pie de los principales monumentos y zonas comerciales de la ciudad.
