Great Location

The appartment was in a great location and overall was nice but if we were to make suggestions some of the furniture could be upgraded and one of the showers needs an upgrade. The internet, while we were promised increased speed during our stay, was extremely slow. We would still recommend this property.

Schöne Wohnung, mit Makeln

Schöne, sehr große Wohnung mit toller Aussicht über Meer und Luz. Haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen, trotz einiger Widrigkeiten: - Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir in der Küche eine benommene Kakerlake vor, die aber, über die Balkonbrüstung geworfen, noch ganz gut fliegen konnte. Ein Vogel hat sie dann erwischt. - in der Wohnung prangen Aufkleber auf Geräten, die nicht funktionieren. Gefehlt haben diese Aufkleber auf Sonnenschirm (dieser wurde am nächsten Tag ersetzt) und TV-Fernbedienungen. Die Heizung im Bad verlor eine ölige Flüssigkeit, die Badwanne mit Düsen schien nicht ganz kindersicher - das Haustürschloß war etwas knifflig zu bedienen, andere Bewohner (?) klingelten bei uns, um ins Haus zu kommen - tja, und eines Abends versagte das Schloß an der Wohnungstür. Bei der Agentur lief nur ein Band, der Notfallkontakt den wir schließlich fanden ging beim vierten Anruf ran. Ihm fehlte aber das Verständnis dafür, dass wir bereits den Schlüsseldienst bestellt hatten und er drohte uns, es dürfe nichts beschädigt werden. Und wenn wir in ein Hotel gingen, sei das unsere Entscheidung. Nicht sehr professionell. Der von ihm dann informierte Mitarbeiter konnte das Schloss auch nicht öffnen, er wollte schließlich eine Verandatür mit einer Gasflasche einwerfen, wovon wir ihn gerade noch abhalten konnten. Gut, dass der Schlüsseldienst kam, das Schloss in 5 Minuten öffnete und ein neues einsetzte. So konnten wir nach 2 Stunden wieder in die Wohnung. Der Urlaub war trotzdem schön ...

Ruime top flat met meerdere terrassen op uitstekende locatie met prachtig uitzicht. Flat is wat gedateerd. Verwarming (elektrische kacheltjes) nauwelijks toereikend. WiFi/internet verbinding is zwak. De TV had, behalve sky news en cnn, uitsluitend locale/Portugese kanalen. Elektrische bedradingen gaven kortsluiting . De mensen van het agentschap waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Une belle semaine de vacances en famille dans un cadre très agréable

Un appartement très spacieux, lumineux, avec tout le confort attendu pour bien profiter du cadre de l'Algarve en famille. La terrasse avec vue sur la mer était idéale pour de petits déjeuners en famille. L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité de la plage et de tous les commerces utiles (supérettes, pharmacie...).

O apartamento é espaçoso, muito bem localizado no centro de Luz, muito bem equipado, as vistas são excelentes a partir dos terraços imensos e a decoração é personalizada e de muito bom gosto. O acesso ao prédio e ao apartamento está muito abaixo da qualidade da habitação e a falta de ar condicionado torna o espaço muito quente em dias de calor. Apesar disto este apartamento permite uma ótima temporada de férias.

The apartment was beautifully furnished, very well equipped, in a very convenient location and with most amazing views over the Praia da Luz coastline. Fabulous in every respect and to add to the great experience, the letting agent, Marina, was very helpful and lovely to deal with. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Praia! :-)

Perfect location!

This is a very nice apartment with plenty of room for the whole family. Decks everywhere with an unbeatable view in both directions. It's a short and enjoyable walk into town and to the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking any meals you wish, but there are plenty of restaurants in town as well. Management is right downstairs and very responsive. Definitely will return!

nous avons loué cet appartement et cela a été une très belle surprise. dès l'entrée, on se retrouve dans un très grand appartement, bien ensoleillé, spacieux, chambres avec bonne literie, cuisine équipée avec tous les ustensiles possibles pour bien cuisiner, terrasses multiples pour profiter du soleil ou rester à l'ombre se reposer et pour étendre le linge au retour de la plage.. plage située à quelques centaines de mètres à pied, commerces au pied du logement, location de voiture, banque, tout était à côté très pratique quand on n'a pas de véhicule mais là on n'a tout pu faire à pied les restaurants et bars à foison sont très différents en fonction des goûts de chacun et on a était très bien reçu partout avec le sourire et chaleur attention, village très anglophone, il est donc difficile d'évoluer sans parler l'anglais... merci à Philip pour son aide efficace pour les quelques minuscules problèmes rencontrés dans le logement. je recommande cet appartement de rêve, qui a participé grandement à notre excellent séjour à praia da luz

Great apartment in a fantastic location

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped and is situated in the heart of Praia da Luz with amazing coastal views. The photos do not do justice to the external space available for lounging around. Booking was very simple and the issue of not finding a hairdryer was resolved very quickly with a new hairdryer being provided within a couple of hours. The beach is a couple of minutes walk from the apartment and restaurants, bars and the supermarkets are all very local.
