A perfect villa for our family of 5. Communication with the host was quick & informative. The villa has everything you could possibly need. The dark towels for the thermal springs were very much appreciated. Perfect location for exploring in & around Furnas. Can thoroughly recommend. 10/10 :-)

Beautiful Country Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely Azorean cottage. It is very quiet, very clean and well equipped for a relaxing holiday. As we had nice warm weather, we preferred to have dinner in the beautiful garden. The communication with Sonja and the giving of the keys by Carlos were very friendly, even a basket with local specialities was ready for us. We appreciated this very much, thank you! The village Furnas is a lovely central town with lots of places to see and nice walking trails. From here you can easily explore the whole island. We would like to come again and would definitely choose this beautiful cottage.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, der Ort ist fußläufig zu erreichen, der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern bei Fragen ist sehr gut, bei Ankunft hat der Gastgeber uns mit dem Auto den Ort gezeigt, auch erhielten wir zusätzlich Informationen zu einer Wetterwarnung, die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, der kleine Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein, die Lage ist weitesgehend ruhig (nebenan ist die Wassertankstation zum Tanken für die Landwirtschaft und an zwei Tagen hörte ein Nachbar ca. 2 Stunden laute Musik), vor dem Haus ist eine Parkmöglichkeit für zwei Autos, der Ort ist klein, aber für die tägliche Verpflegung ist alles vorhanden (Supermärkte, eine tolle Bäckerei "Gloria Moniz" mit Lunch, Restaurants)

Better than expected

A lovely cottage up the lane from Furnas. It was spotlessly clean and Sonia could not have been more helpful. Her communication was excellent right through and the family loved it. It was used by two couples and had everything needed for a weeks stay. The location of the property is about 1 mile from the town up a steep hill, which is walkable but for people with mobility issues, a car would be essential. The benefit of this is that it is a very quiet and peaceful spot. Thank you

Tout était parfait

Maison très agréable, très bien équipée et si joliment décorée... Tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour, et pour ne manquer de rien. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, les petits cadeaux de bienvenue, et les serviettes marron (indispensables pour aller aux thermes !!!). Un petit détail... la propriété est un peu éloignée du centre de Furnas ( il vaut donc mieux avoir une voiture pour se déplacer). En contrepartie, on a une vue magnifique sur les champs et les montagnes.
