Fabulous apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment it had everything we needed and the outside space balcony/solarium was perfect. The communal pool was brilliant and a nice temp for the hot weather. We would love to stay again in the future 😀

Fantastic stay Sept 2024

We spent 2 weeks at this beautiful property. There was everything that we could possibly need and the appartment was spotless. Amy was there on arrival and also when we left. We had absolutely no issues and we will definetely be returning again.

Die Wohnung ansich sehr schön aber die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr schlwcht, defekt der Spülmaschine gemeldet aber nichts ist passiert.

Sehr nettes Appartement

Ich habe in meinen drei Tagen Aufenthalt nichts vermisst. Ich habe in dem Doppelbett sehr gut geschlafen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon und die Terrasse sind super groß. Pool ist nicht weit. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter und der Verwalterin waren sehr gut.

Schlechte Betreuung

Vor der Ankunft waren wir über WhatsApp mit der Wohnungsbetreuung in Kontakt. Bei Ankunft war niemand vor Ort u. telefonisch wurden wir darüber informiert das der Schlüssel unter der Fußmatte liegt. Die im Telefonat vereinbarte korrekte Übergabe am nächsten Morgen wurde nicht eingehalten und die Person war tagelang weder per Telefon, noch WhatsApp oder SMS zu erreichen. Bitten um Rückmeldung wurden ignoriert. Verschiedenes war nicht i.O. Die Kaffekanne fehlte, der Internetzugang war nirgends zu finden, verschmutzte Schränke und die Krönung war der penetrante Schweißgeruch im Schlafzimmer. Sämtliche verschwitzten Winterdecken haben wir auf der Terrasse deponiert. Bis zum Ende des Urlaubs war der Geruch immer noch wahrzunehemen. Nach 5 Tagen haben wir dann den Vermieter in Belgien erreicht der sich kümmern wollte. Den Internetzugang schickte man per SMS zu und funktionierte. Mit den restlichen Problemen ließ man uns weiter im Stich. Eine Endabnahme am Abreisetag gab es nicht. Erst nach einer WhatsApp meldete sich die Betreuung mit der Bitte die Schlüssel einfach in der Wohnung zu lassen. Wir sind sehr gespannt ob wir die Sicherheitszahlung von 250,-€ zurückerstattet bekommen. Da derzeit unser Haus ganz in der Nähe gebaut wird wollten wir diese Wohnung einweiteres Mal buchen...unter diesen Umständen jedoch nicht. Eigentlich würden wir eine Reduzierung der Mietkosten erwarten. Fotos sind vorhanden und können gerne zugeschickt werden.

A wonderful high spec appartment

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for 5 nights in September. What a wonderful Hi-spec property it is. It's a new build so everything looks and feels new and modern. Overlooking the communal pool there is a great view, particularly at night when it is all lit up. Close to local bars and shops and 15 minutes drive to the sea. If you are looking at being away from the hustle & bustle of party central then this is the place. Highly recommended.
