Villa ideally located in secured estate area "Saut du Loup", with splendid panoramic sea view and view on the gulf of Saint-Tropez. 0.8 km from the sea, near the beaches of La Nartelle and 5 minutes from downtown Sainte-Maxime and Les Issambres and golf courses of Sainte-Maxime (18 holes).

The Villa is in a private domain (only accessible with code). Parking, large terrace, heated pool, TV - WIFI, BBQ, bowling and table tennis (ping-pong), air conditioning in the 5 bedrooms.

Note:
For the high season: the prices are fixed and not according to the number of people: thank you to consult the owner for the price.
Outside high season, prices are for 2 people + supplement per person. The number of rooms available are based on the number of people (to discuss with the owner). But the Villa and its garden with swimming pool are available only for you (1 tenant).

Presentation:
Very popular location: several beaches are close(10 min walk) including the famous beach of la Nartelle and you will have the advantage of not using the car to reach the center of Sainte-Maxime by the simplibus (2.5 euro the day).

Join in 5 minutes the center and its typical pedestrian area: traditional restaurants, bars and sidewalk cafes, food trades, grocery stores, ice cream parlors, bakeries, old covered or street market, carousel for children.

Luxury Secluded Villa with spectacular views of the sea. Highly recommended.

Villa Azur is a lovely luxury Villa overlooking the Gulf of St Tropez with spectacular sea views. It is beautifully appointed, tastefully decorated and has every convenience that you could possibly need. It is very secluded, with a sheltered terrace and a heated swimming pool. There is parking outside the front door, and it is a five minute drive to the sea front and the shops of Les Issambres and St Maxime. holiday. Although we were perfectly satisfied with the villa, the owner is still improving it! We had a lovely holiday and can thoroughly recommend it!John & Mel UK

Magnifique Villa !

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette Villa. L'endroit est vraiment calme avec une belle vue montagne et mer. Tout est parfaitement équipé pour passer de bons moments en famille et avec les amis (nous étions 9). Les propriétaires sont charmants et ils ont été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Grote woning met prachtig uitzicht op Zee. Perfecte locatie en leuke stadjes dicht in de buurt!

Wij hebben het enorm naar onze zin gehad op deze locatie. Zowel de locatie, de inrichting, het zwembad en de buurt zijn perfect. De Belgische eigenaren zijn erg attent en dragen zorg voor een sublieme vakantie. Het huis kent een grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte, met 2 volwaardige losse appartementen, meerde bad- en slaapkamers. De tuin ligt de gehele dag in de zon. Je kunt heerlijk buiten eten (inclusief BBQ)!met de hele familie en overdag genieten van het zwembad en de ligbedden. Kortom, twijfel niet langer en boek dit huis! Wij denken er met veel plezier aan terug!
