The Love Walk Apartments are a great space. The apartment is newly renovated with brand new kitchen and bathrooms. The location is a short walk from the main station of Denmark Hill which gives easy access to central London in a few stops. There are also many bugs routes stopping close to the apartment which can take you to many parts of London and the surrounding areas. The main supermarket Morrisons and Co Op are a short walk away. If you are a family or group of colleagues wishing to stay in a large apartment in Central London this is the choice for you. We have three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as laundry machines and separate kitchen.

For London Standards this is a good size apartment. We can hold eight guests including the sofa bed. The apartment is split over two levels levels, the beds are furnished with quality linens plus a 15% discount is available on the Love Walk Cafe located next to the apartments.

This apartment is perfect for people exploring London or in need of accommodation near Kings College hospital which is located within meters of the property.

Whether you are a family group of business colleagues staying together this is a great choice. We do not accept any type of parties, hewn dos, stag nights, 18th or 21st parties. we like our neighbours and do not agree to any groups or parties of any kind. A security/Damage deposit of £300 is required before arrival.

We Would Not Stay Here Again
We did not getting the entry instructions even up to the hours before we were arriving even right I had been messaging/calling the host for them every contact way e we could think of. Eventually I found the Great Britain VRBO customer service phone number and they gave me another phone number for the host. He sent the entry instructions by text right away. This worked but it should not have taken this much on my part. I spent quite a bit of time trying to ensure we had a place we could get into… not the way you want to spend your vacation. One front window had its locking feature broken. The other front window’s locking feature was difficult to engage because the mating parts of the lock did not line up. Eventually we figured out if you push the top part of window up hard you could get it to lock. It was a window not installed well. The window not locking was a safety issue (the neighborhood did not seem completely safe). We were 3 floors up but there was a landing not too far before that someone could use a ladder to get to those windows. We reported the windows issue and our concern about safety to the host soon after getting in (late afternoon), but he did not get a repair person out to address that day. For a safety issue like this we expected it would get fixed same day. Some tiles in the bathroom right at the entry were completely loose. They could easily be glued down. WiFi connection was spotty.

Très agréable / emplacement bon
Nous avons passé un séjour en famille de 4 jours très agréable. L’appartement est assez spacieux et plutôt bien équipé. Les matelas sont mous et douillets. À proximité directe de la gare et d’un grand nombre de bus rouge qui vous permet de vadrouiller facilement dans Londres. A proximité également de commerces et restaurants. Je recommande pour 1 famille c’est très bien. Propriétaire très sympa et très disponible par messagerie Abritel. Lucie
