Lovers of relaxa and sunset walks by the sea, in search of silence and starry nights and, at the same time, looking for the comforts of a villa close to the sea and the town of Calasetta, this is the place that suits you.
The house is located at walking distance by the sea and you can choose, every day, between the sandy beaches of Calasetta and Sant'Antioco, or the cliffs of Nido dei Passeri. Being on the island of Sant'Antioco, the villa will be a safe base and, every day, depending on the wind, you can choose a calm sea or bolder waves, if you love surfing.
The house is equipped with a wireless network, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and mosquito nets throughout the house and your pets can relax in the garden while you go exploring the surroundings.

Sardegna da scoprire

La zona in cui si trova la casa è perfetta, bellissime le spiagge nei dintorni raggiungibili in auto in circa 15/20 min oltre a una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 min. La casa è inserita in un complesso di villette, possiede uno spazio esterno molto curato con zona prato e area pavimentata dove è possibile mangiare. L’interno è funzionale anche se disposto su due livelli, ed è presente tutto il necessario. Parimenti il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione purtroppo è privo di bidet ( non specificato nell’annuncio) il wc presenta la possibilità di usufruire di un fontanino all’occorrenza. L’arredamento “datato”necessita di rinnovamento, come anche l’illuminazione interna. (manca una cassettiera per riporre indumenti). Va inoltre specificato, per correttezza, che l’immobile è privo di fornitura di acqua potabile (anche questo non specificato nell’annunncio) ma è servito da un pozzo presente nella proprietà.

Casa stupenda vicina alla spiaggia

Bellissima casa con giardino privato molto accogliente in una stradina molto tranquilla piena di villette. Pulita e con tutte le comodità per un ottimo soggiorno. C’erano anche delle sdraio e un ombrellone per la spiaggia in dotazione. La spiaggia è proprio vicina e raggiungibile a piedi. È perfetta per una famiglia con figli. Siamo stati molto bene!!

Relax perfetto per un mare stupendo

Per il nostro soggiorno a Sant’Antioco, abbiamo scelto questa casa per la descrizione dell’annuncio e per recensioni riportate: non possiamo che condividere completamente quanto riportato. La casa, ben attrezzata, è dotata di una ariosa zona giorno e di ampi spazi esterni immersi nel verde della casa e delle abitazioni circostanti, offrendo tranquillità, relax e riservatezza. La posizione è ideale perché permette di raggiungere e visitare tutti i punti più caratteristici dell’isola , sia le spiagge sia le imponenti scogliere della costa ovest. Un vantaggio dell’isola è anche quello di poter scegliere nelle giornate più ventose, in particolare di maestrale, i posti sottovento per un accesso al mare più tranquillo. È stata proprio un bella vacanza! Grazie.
