This suite is one of two suites we have available. This suite is on the second floor of a beautiful old brick building. This location is within walking distance of the State Theater, downtown shopping, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat, bank and post office. The suite is completely remodeled with a full kitchen, full sized range, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Hi Folks, we are your hosts, Dave and Roxanne. We purchased this building in 2001. Dave has been working on renovation of this building and Roxanne owns Wild Ginger Boutique which is on the first floor of the building.
Why they chose this property
We are right downtown Zumbrota. Downstairs is Wild Ginger Boutique (Roxanne's shop). You will be within a short walk from all the great downtown shopping, the State Theatre, restaurants, grocery store, post office, the Covered Bridge Park and historic covered bridge, and the Goodhue Pioneer bike trail. If are going through the Mayo Clinic in Rochester and need a place to stay why not stay in a peaceful small community just 30 minutes for Mayo Clinic.
