Situated in a fantastic location, just 200 metres from the Planpraz lift and 500 metres from the town centre it offers easy access to both the mountains and all local amenities. This superior apartment is dual aspect with large picture windows and sliding glass doors which provide access to two full-length balconies with mountain views.

OUR OPINION

This is a spacious, elegant apartment that has been decorated and furnished with great attention to detail. The large windows flood the property with light and allow you to enjoy the fabulous mountain views from the comfort of the sofa. The three bedrooms are all en-suite which is rare for an apartment which along with the two flexible bedrooms makes it perfect for both families and groups of friends. With so few properties in the Chamonix Valley being ski in and ski out, the fact that Le Brevent 3 in only 200 metres from one of the main lift stations is hugh factor in its favour. All in all, this apartment is a real gem.



For larger groups we have two 2 bedroom apartments, Brevent 1 and Brevent 2, located in neighbouring buildings.

Superb apartment

We loved the apartment, it was very well appointed and modern. Immaculate throughout and very close to the planpraz telecabin. My only criticism is that it really isn’t city centre, the walk into the town is roughly 10 minutes down a very steep hill. So of course that’s 15 minutes coming home up a very steep hill. So if your knees are not so strong I would say you will find that difficult. Apart from that the place is great.
