Among its outdoor areas, two porches and a large patio are perfectly suited to the different plans and moments to enjoy in your day to day life. The back porch guarantees a good start in the morning with a delicious breakfast before walking to the beach or simply relaxing at home reading a book in the charming chill out area. At midday, a wonderful built-in barbecue invites you to prepare a good barbecue feast and then spend the afternoon and, who knows, into the early hours of the morning having a good laugh and enjoying a glass of wine on one of the outdoor sofas.

The architectural style of the house gives it a very special charm and character. Maintaining a style that is both traditional and modern, upon entering you will find a large living room with AC where you can watch satellite TV or relax for a while. Through a large archway, you access the dining room and the kitchen. Here you can cook your best dishes on the ceramic hob or in the oven and take them quickly to the table or to the porch, as there is direct access. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for you to cook in comfort. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. When it is time to sleep, you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed and the last one with two single beds that can also be joined together. There are also two bathrooms with a shower. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide up to two cribs and two high chairs. Four fans complete the equipment of the property.

Cala Llombards is a quiet urbanisation located in an absolutely privileged natural environment with a breathtaking sandy cove of turquoise waters. The best of it all is that you will reach it in just a few minutes walking because it is only 650 metres from the property. Cala s'Almunia and the impressive Caló des Moro are very near, as well as the Natural park of Mondragó, the perfect place to enjoy nature and make some excursions. You have some grocery shops for your daily shopping in Cala Llombards, and also bars and restaurants where you can taste the Mallorcan gastronomic culture.

The fireplace in the living room cannot be used.
