The owners met us at the house and could not have been more accommodating. The new deck is beautiful and there was plenty of room for our boat. The attention to detail shows how much Denise and Joe care that their renters enjoy the time spent in there home.
Thanks again
We stayed for a week at the end of July and it was very hot so we loved swimming in the lagoon. We brought our boat for the week- plenty of room to store the truck and trailer and the dock was great. House was perfect for the 7 of us. Very comfortable, plenty of room, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the week with friends. Can’t wait to come back!
Our family has been working remote because of COVID19 so we decided to work at the beach! It was the perfect place to work. Bright, sunny, quiet and a great Ocean breeze. We loved the deck and out door shower the most. I wish we could stay the hold summer.

Clean, spacious, great outside space
We had a great time here! Comfy beds, cute decor, super clean and noticeably well taken care of. Everything you need in the kitchen. Very nice neighbors. Perfect for our boat, and great play space for kids outside.

Wonderful week in LBI
What a wonderful time we had in LBI this week! This house was more than we could have hoped for. It didn't lack a thing, including very gracious neighbors! Plenty of fishing, crabbing and just a short ride to the beach. Joe and Denise were very welcoming and their home felt like our home. We look forward to returning next year!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient dockside home.
From the pleasant greetings upon arrival to the day we sadly had to leave, we enjoyed our stay at Joe and Denise's. Every kitchen gadget or appliance we could think of needing, they had. All the amenities were there. The pantry and spice closet were pleasantly stocked with often forgotten necessities.
The rooms were tastefully decorated and appointed and the house was airy and brightly lit by the large windows thoughout the house. We needed the AC when we first got there but later we were able to open the windows and get a good breeze when the weather became cool.
The outdoor shower was divine and very much needed since we all loved kayaking off the low dock to the sand flats a short distance away in the bay. My daughter loved swimming in the warm, shallow water of the bay and my son really took to crabbing and found many in the marsh nearby. I loved the scenic biking to and from the light house.
The beach was a leisurely stroll away, with the Viking village and Whites Market convenient stops along the way.
My husband liked fishing in the chanel and the inlet. The fish cleaning station got put to good use. But the most memorable things were the turquoise waters at the beach that were breathtaking and the wonderful weather that we were blessed with. Thank you for letting us stay at your charming, warm, inviting home.
