Having been renovated in 2018 the house offers breathtaking views out to sea, Skomer Island and beyond. With the beach only a 10 minute stroll away, gardens, a fire pit, surfing and views where better to enjoy your holiday? The dark sky makes it a good choice for stargazing or just weather watching from the conservatory. With it’s 2 ensuite bathrooms plus family bathroom, a large lounge and a great kitchen, family, dining space,office space, the house offers all you could want from a self catered property. It is perfect for families and groups.

Lower Folly is absolutely lovely with breathtaking views out to Sea which are hard to capture, but read the reviews which confirm its unique location.
The House was in ruin when we took the challenge on and saved it for the future.
We tried our best to preserve what was there and use local products to build and repair.
We have gone for Green Electricity and a brand new A rated boiler for lashings of hot water and heating.
