Enjoy Two Free Beach Chairs and Umbrella (seasonal March 15th to October 31st).

You'll love the recently and beautifully decorated condo with coastal style! Unit 2007 includes matching sofa/love-seat, comfortable recliner, wall-mounted televisions, and plenty of room for everyone. The living room and master suite both adjoin the spacious balcony providing spectacular views of the gulf.

The extra-large balcony is perfect for relaxing in the cushioned chaise loungers or enjoying a beach-front meal. Balcony furnishings are durable polywood! Balcony views span 20+ miles of the beautiful, emerald coast, of Panama City Beach!

The living room contains enough seating for everyone! The large screen television is wall mounted and includes cable. The dining table sits four and the breakfast bar sits four via high-end, counter-height, balcony chairs with backs.

The master suite features a luxurious king bed and ensuite full bath. The guest suite offers two full size beds and ensuite full bath and includes a window to brighten the room. Additional sleeping capacity is provided by the living room sofa sleeper.

The kitchen, dining area, and living room all have a spectacular view of the emerald waters and a horizon extending to eternity! The living room and master bedroom have fully upgraded light fixtures, ceiling fans and upgraded 'black out' draperies.

The recently installed Samsung front-loading washer and dryer will easily handle any of your laundry needs. All of this luxury is encased within approx. 1147 sq. ft. of open, flowing floor plan.

This awesome beach condo also includes a convenient, reserved, parking space on the beach side, next to the building (no walking across the street!). Internet is free for your streaming, browsing, or online gaming needs. Plan your stay today!

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space makes parking a breeze! All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

7 days ain’t enough!

Perfect place for us to unwind and have a worry free week right on the beautiful beach. Everything about the condo and resort was wonderful. Plenty of room and lots of beds for our family. Very clean, quiet and perfect location. We will be back and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Wish we had more time, 7 days ain’t enough!

Sewage smell

Throughout our entire stay our Condo inside reeked of raw sewage. The ice maker on the refrigerator didn't work at all. The table and chairs on the balcony one of the 6 chairs was missing the entire time and one was broken from before we got there. We were pretty sad with the entire experience.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was very nice but not without flaw. The dryer in unit did not work and was not replaced until our last night there so for 6 days we were stuck with air drying clothes for a family of 4. The staff tried to accommodate and allowed us to use a different units’ dryer our first night and even gave us a small refund but this was more then a minor inconvenience. The guest bedroom had a broken bed boxspring but was a bed we were not using so it didn’t affect us. The building has 23 floors and only 3 elevators and 1 elevator was out the entire stay making elevator traffic slow and full. With all that said, the unit was very nice and mostly clean. I had to clean the coffee maker as it was disgusting and the air return vents need a dusting. I would give the unit a 4 out of 5 and the building a 3 out of 5. I dont regret staying there but will look for a different option on my next trip.

We loved it and it was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). We enjoy being a bit higher up when we stay on the beach and this was at the perfect level. A bonus is that the parking spot in the building is actually one that is just outside which is important for us to know since we can then bring our cargo carrier and not worry about taking it off and storing somewhere else. Definitely will look to rent this unit again.
