T1 fully refurbished, excellent balcony with plants, sunny, TV and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, dishwasher and laundry. FREE WIFI. Next to pastries, cafes, supermarket etc, a stone's throw from the beach but very quiet. Free parking nearby. Access is at ground level with only a few steps, but the apartment has the first floor balcony.
Great location for walking on the huge beach of over 10km or the village of Altura, small, flat and quiet town where you can find everything for well-being and zero stress. You can also play golf with several golf courses nearby, starting at 3Km. Perfect also for visits to the Castro Marim Salt Marsh, Salinas, Cacela Fort, Ria Formosa, Castro Marim Castles, bike rides on the bike path, agricultural zone, etc.

Note: The indicated price does not include supply of sheets and towels. However, we can provide them at an additional charge of € 20 per person and per pack of linen and towels per week (not required).

Sehr gute Anreiseinformationen. Gastgeber war sehr bemüht. Äusserst freundlicher Service. Auftretende technische Probleme wurden schnell und konstruktiv beseitigt.Sauberkeit des Apartments war hervorragend. Ausstattung der Küche mit Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Air-Fryer, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle war überdurchschnittlich. Modernes neues Badezimmer. Sehr schnelles Internet. Sonniger Balkon. Sonne von morgens bis abends.Negativ aufgefallen sind die laute Gebäude-Eingangstür, das hellhörige Gebäude und Nachbarn gegenüber dem Balkon, die sich öfters lautstark unterhielten.

Ótima localização, perto da praia e do centro de Altura. Tem uma varanda espaçosa, boa para convívios ou churrascos, virada para o mar, onde bate o Sol. Muito bem equipada e limpa. É um apartamento renovado que excede em boas condições. Tem um ar condicionado eficaz e muita luz natural. Os anfitriões estiverem sempre disponíveis e contactáveis no caso de alguma necessidade. Tive uma ótima estadia.

Confortável e familiar

Fiquei muito satisfeito com a casa, espaçosa e arejada, é perfeita para umas férias mais sossegadas e com conforto. O terraço é grande e ideal para jantares e churrasco em grupo. Em 3 minutos a pé chega-se à praia, e em pouco mais aos cafés e gelatarias mais centrais. Os proprietários foram sempre educados eficazes e rápidos com qualquer pergunta minha.
