A large Beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath Home-, with 2 65 inch smart TV's++ Large Bonus Room upstairs home directly in the middle of wine country. This large room also house a futon for the 4th sleeping area. This property is just minutes into the start of these beautiful Oregon vineyards and wineries. This home has AC, Central heat, a Gas Fire Place and it is 2230 SF with a Large Master Bedroom with vaulted ceiling. There is an adorable vaulted Sun room with French Doors leading onto a very large Covered Patio. It is here where can relax and take in the view of the back yard or sit and read, relax or even have a sip of your favorite drink or beverage. The covered patio has calming night lights for you and a ceiling for your entertaining pleasure or enjoyment. The covered patio leads outward and the rest of the private backyard with flowers, trees, fruit trees, and shrubs.. This a very nice comfortable relaxing area with nice patio furniture--chairs and table to suit your need to be laid back. Its here where the Bar B que grill is ready for your use to barbecue, have some drinks, sip your wine and have outside meals. There is a nice in ground fire pit to enjoy the feeling of being around a camp fire. There is a Large open kitchen-with a electric stove, Keurig Coffee, Coffee Grinder, Ice making Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. The Laundry room-comes with washer and dryer ready for your use. There is a large high ceiling car garage to park your car or cars. Pets okay with a prearranged $75 per pet fee.

Wine country visit

Good location to base wine trip to Willamette Valley. Would work well for two or three couples. Comfortable spaces to spread out and relax.

Perfect! Exactly what we were looking for.

This is a great place to stay. Very centrally located. Worked perfectly for our family's needs. Owners were more than accommodating. We even forgot something at the house and got it back within two days. Would definitely stay again if we go back next year.

Lovely home in Wine valley

Spacious home. Great location. 3 large bedrooms with so much well decorated space. Beautiful yard. Had a problem with outlets in bathroom not working and Fred got an electrician the same day to fix it! Wow-that is customer service at its best. Convenient location for vineyard visits, tastings. This is our 3rd visit to the wine valley. Fred’s house was the best so far. We will try to book it next year.

Great location and large space in wine country

The location and space indoor and outside was great! The use of many air freshers was the one negative. The entire house had an overpowering artificial smell which caused allergic reactions for our entire party. Could have used more toilet paper and paper towels in unit and a tissue box would be helpful.
